The team is great, very friendly and helpful and the bikes are really fun to ride. I saw parts of Hanoi I didn’t know existed. A must do to see the “real” Hanoi!

Nous avons eu la chance de vivre une belle expérience de qualité! Nous avons fait une belle balade de vélo à travers la campagne et la ville, de façon tout à fait sécuritaire et agréable, et surtout, avec un guide hors pair. Il nous a partagé la passion de son pays. Ce moment est un des meilleurs de notre voyage de 5 semaines en Asie!!!

Fun and exciting tour around the outskirts of Ha Noi, bikes are easy to ride and not tired at all. Cozy coffee shop near hanoi cathedrale saint joseph.

I joined the Half Day Hanoi Tour last week with my friends. So amazing. I discover the banana garden under the Long Bien bridge. It is fantastic. Another thing I like about this tour is the way I enjoy coffee and listen to birds singing. I have highly recommended it.

Thanks all of you for half-day city tours as wonderfulday as well as perfect tours services. when i'm talk with the guide at the information support center, i'm really wonder about tours with this bicyle :D cause i'm out of workout for little bit long time. :D. However, when i'm try to test this .... WOW, so easy to practice, ride, and so cool on e-bike. After that, im really enjoyed half day city tours, thanks for Hien, Hung, thanks all of you gave me a great experience. Hope the best to Electric Smile tours!

We had an awesome time with Hien and Q cycling around Hanoi. Cycling in the street was actually great fun, but getting out to the local farms on Banana Island was incredibly relaxing and peaceful, and Long Bien bridge amazing.
Bikes were easy to ride, and gave a good little burst of power to get through an intersection or up a hill. Our guides Hien and Q gave a great insight into life in Hanoi and its history. Highly recommend!

Lúc đầu mình tưởng "electric bike" là xe đạp toàn bộ bằng điện nhưng không, mình thấy nó là sự kết hợp giữa xe máy và xe đạp, nghĩa là vừa được đạp nhưng lại không mất quá nhiều sức vì đã có điện năng hỗ trợ 1 phần. Mình thì quen đi xe máy, đi trải nghiệm xe đạp điện này xong thấy hơi phiêu vì rất là nhẹ, tuy nhiên những đoạn đường gồ ghề thì cũng không tránh khỏi việc xóc hẳn lên nhưng ko sao, vẫn phiêu.

Todo estuvo perfecto!
Pasé una mañana muy interesante. Mis amigos y yo estábamos felices de haber descubierto Hanói con Electric Smiles E-bike Tour. Las guías eran excelentes y amables, siempre nos intentaban ayudar.
Habíamos conocido mucho sobre la cultura, la historia y la gente y los destinos atractivos de la ciudad. Además me encanta andar en bicicleta eléctrica. Era muy fácil de usar! La verdad que fue una de las experiencias más increíbles en mi viaje por Vietnam.
Muy recomendable!
