They never showed up. I am very disappointed. They didn’t communicate before or after the tour schedule. I believe this is a fraud.

Great tour ! We went all around the old quarter and saw so much in 3 hours! Vania was a great guide, very friendly and spoke a fantastic level of English. I would highly recommend the experience to anyone thinking of doing it !

We were guided by Linh, a spectacular and sensational girl! Walking and moving, like a fish in water, in the streets of Hanoi.
Showing us temples that we would not have thought of visiting, getting to know places that you miss in the maelstrom of traffic.
She is a young guide, with energy and contagious joy! Definitely, if we had to return, we would call her again!

This tour welcomed me to Hanoi as my first view of the city, and for that, I had a local student to escort me. The tour was far from my expectations, since she didn't know much about history and didn't have a tour guide approach. She was very helpful to buy some clothes since the temperature dropped drastically that day and pick up some tickets from a travel agency, but apart from that, it was a poor experience. The most important spot was a kind of museum that she said was not so important, and we could go ahead. It was a place with lots of pictures that explained how the Old Quarter grew and the architectural evolution of the houses in that area. Far the most important place to visit, with at least 1.5 hours. Before sending someone, ask people their age and expectations in order to choose the best knowledge guides for some historical-oriented travelers. Then everything will be more efficient.

Hi everyone!
Would like to say big “Thank you” to Ashley for a great introduction with old Quarter part of Hanoi in frame of excursion.
Detailed stories,light and at the same time quite informative presentation ,good English gave me so much joy.
Additionally Ashley gave so many recommendations ,which I personally asked.
Extremely friendly and knowledgeable guide Ashley!

Our guide for the Old Quarter walking tour was Lyn. She was very punctual and had contacted us one day before the tour.
She was very informative and was kind to answer all our questions (which we asked quite a lot). She was very friendly and took us for a cup of coffee as well. Overall totally recommend her.

Excellent introduction to vietnamese culture by Vania. Wouldnt have gained relevant knowledge and insight abt viet culture in such short span of time by my own. Also thankful for her flexibility, time and effort taken to join me in the tour.

Monica was a great tour guide - very understanding and accomodating, esp as my parents are aged and needed to rest every now and then. She gave us useful info about all the sights and we would recommend her for sure.

Hannah was an excellent guide. Very informative and super friendly. We learnt so much about the history of Hanoi and Vietnam. Hannah also introduced us. to coconut coffee, a must try!

This tour is an amazing way to explore the streets of Hanoi's Old Quarter. Our tour guide Linh did an amazing job of showing us around. We were lucky enough to visit some main highlights as well as a hidden Cafe for Egg coffee as well as a hotspot ice cream shop. Linh is passionate guide.
