I had an excellent pick up from the airport to my hotel in Hanoi. Very professional driver who took us from the airport stop over at Long Bien Brigde to take some pictures and see over view of Red river and the village on 2 side of bank.
The food tour from Hanoi Private Trip was amazing with yummy local street food in Hanoi.
Highly recommend to solo travelers.

Great service that I have seen. The man who answer email as quick as possible, he were a tour guide. Book quicly via email / or calling via whatsapp, they will response soon.

We emailed to make a request to pick up service from Hanoi airport to City center. However, tour operator recommend me should transfer directly from airport to Sapa Town to save more time in Vietnam. We saved a night in Hanoi, and was offered a way back to airport by private car. We totally enjoyed our trip in sapa by Hanoi private trip, you could have a private car at any places that you want get start to travel.

We had a private car pick us up at the airport and transfer direcly to Sapa after having very quick response from tour operator. We did not use tour guide but the driver could understand enought to take care of us. Highly recommend !

We booked via email with Hanoi Private trip for airport transfer both ways, very quick response. It's was resonable price, flexible payment. They provide a car rental for the trip beyond Hanoi as well. Deffinately use the service again when coming back Hanoi.

This was my first trip to Vietnam with my friends.
I read some good reviews about them on TripAdvisor and was impressed with its service given my others travellers.
And it did not disappoint me. Before arrival, I email to Hana and she quickly responed all my emails and helped me arrange the pick up car at airport. We also book Cruise on Halong Bay and the fantastic Food Tour around Old Quarter with a friendly tour guide. We enjoyed the trip so much.
And we will be looking forward to using this service if we come to Hanoi.

I contacted this company by email from the uk and gave all details on email and go a very fast reply from them and a very good price
I then confirmed all details I was then asked to make payment by credit card but I don't use them and informed them of this and I got a reply that I could pay the driver at the airport are flight was delayed
From London 1.5 hours but when we came out of the airport the driver was their waiting the car was clean and new driver very polite we also used their service for the return trip to the airport agin 5 star service
Would recommend to everyone

We are in a group of 10 people attending a leadership program in Hanoi on Aug 24-27. We booked 2 airport transfer, car pick up and city tour. We are impressed of the 17-seater vans used in the visit - spacious, clean and tidy. Although drivers do not speak English but they are very friendly and reliable. When we finished the conference and was pouring, we worried how to locate the driver - in fact, the driver already waiting at the main door to make sure we did not need to walk in the heavy rain!
The tour guide "Chuong" for the city tour is extremely professional and detailed. He took good care of us wherever we went. When we tried to cross a heavy traffic road, he used his body to stop all vehicles to let us pass the road quickly - very touched of his excellent attitude. His English is good too.
I highly recommend this tour company and cars.

今回家族5人そして大きな荷物が3つでホテルから空港までをお願いしました。迅速な回答やそしてオンタイムの配車など快適に利用できました。何より何でもすぐに対応してくれたのが助かったです。もしまたハノイに行くことがあれば是非利用したいです。
We moved from the city to the airport with Hanoi Private Trip. It was so smooth and convenient! The car came and picked us up on time as we wished. Especially Japanese people like any transfers on time. I really like fast responses from Mr. Bruce. He really took good care of us. Hanoi transfer service left a very good first and last impression of Hanoi on our family's first visit to the city. On both occasions to and from the airport the drivers were on time and highly resourceful. Back office staff including Ms Leila were highly efficient in addressing all our requests regarding airport transfer. Will definitely engage their services again if we get to revisit the city. Top marks for top notch service!
