参加下龙湾一日游以及机场接送服务。机场接送的司机非常准时细心，车辆内部干净舒适。下龙湾行程的游览车很新，导游亲切而且导览说明很清楚，十分照顾每一位同行者。船上食物非常美味丰富，且具有越南风味，是一趟非常开心的旅程。

Our driver was on time, helped with our luggage, and was easy to find at the airport. He had a sign at the airport waiting for us.

We used VTS to travel from Hanoi international airport and that experience was so good we decided to use them again for our return from Hanoi city to Hanoi domestic airport. I made especially sure I booked the correct trip and the ticket also confirm it was correct. I enquired the afternoon before about pick up time and the response was the same as the departure time as our plane. I explained that to them and got no response. The next morning after still no response we organised a different vehicle. My suggestion would be to book vehicles through your hotel.

Booked their service from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport. Their vehicle was new and well maintained. Their drivers arrived on time and drove safely. They will message u details of the vehicle and number to you beforehand when fetching u to airport. They will also provide contact number to contact in case of any issue. They will also follow up with u on the service provided by them which i felt is a good gesture.
Will highly recommend this service to anyone who visit hanoi.

We booked 4 tranfers from Hanoi airport to city centre and back. Drivers were always on time, even waiting for you when your luggage comes with a delay. We got all information in whatsapp and we could change easily the time of arrival when our flight got rescheduled. We were really happy that we could have this great service. We would book any time again. Thank you Kaylee!

Prior to even arrriving in Hanoi, I was added in a Whatsapps group which gave me clear and concise details on where to meet at the Noi Bai International Airport, together with emergency numbers should I have issues locating the driver.
Driver was already waiting for me at the pre-arranged location, and transfer to hotel was a breeze! The kind-hearted driver even offered me a surgical face mask due to the current Covid-19 virus outbreak.
Upon reaching the destination, driver confirmed with the hotel about the location, and assisted me with my luggage.
I had also booked the same transfer service from hotel back to the airport, and the same gold standards could be observed with a different driver!
Perfect experience in Hanoi!

Our experience with Vietnam Transport Service for our Airport Transfer (Noi Bai-Hanoi City-Noi Bai) was very good. Driver was on time and very courteous. Ms. kaylee also made sure that we get all the details for our transport a day before our scheduled trip. Highly recommended!
