Everything was perfect! They picked us up and dropped us off our hotel in the Old Quarters! The tour guide Hung was really funny and helpful! Our Vietnam highlight was kayaking in the rain! Great fun!

Best experience I had in Vietnam! The cruise had so many activities (my favourite one was the kayaking),the food was excellent and the stuff so kind and helpful. I highly recommend it!!!

I can really recommend the Boot Tour. Luxury room, very friendly stuff and Tour Manager, the meals were very tasty and valuable. The activity Was nice and interesting. We realky liked it! Try out yourself.

TERRIBLE!
booked over one week ago for the 2day one night cruise.
Firstly did not get told the name of the boat until the day off.
Secondly was told to be at lobby reception for pick up between 0800-0830. Waited over one hour and half to then be told we had been forgotten about.
Waited a further 20mins on a car to take us to the port! Only made the boat by 3minutes!
The photo of the boat looks nothing like what the boat actually is.
Unable to actually contact or get a response from company when tried.
Definitely would not recommend booking with this company.

We are so sorry if any issue but we would like to explain below
1) Our shuttle bus got crash on street to pick up guests, so did not pick u up on time
2) we managed and arranged PRIVATE CAR for both of u, and we TREATED YOU LIKE A BOSS, it was PREMIUM VAN, we paid extra fee for it.
3 ) we have many options for 5 stars cruise, we check cruises and tours at each cruise available on the date and arrange the best for you
4) CAN YOU PLEASE UPLOAD GREAT PHOTOS OF CRUISE, FOOD, ACTIVITIES with your reviews? so other travelers could get what we TREATED YOU .

Der 1. Tag war schön, wenn auch es einige Probleme bei der Abholung gab.
Der 2. Tag war der reinste Witz.
Man müsste diese Tour mit 1 Tag/1 Nacht beschreiben, denn am 2. Tag war nur noch eine Kajak Tour am frühen Morgen in eine Höhle, die gar keine Höhle war.
Um 9.30 sind wir schon zurück zum Hafen gefahren u dort einfach 1 Stunde gestanden.
Um 11.30 zurück nach Hanoi mit dem Bus, und um 13.30 dort angekommen.
Der 2. Tag war der reinste Witz.
Man müsste diese Tour mit 1 Tag/1 Nacht beschreiben, denn am 2. Tag war nur noch eine Kajak Tour am frühen Morgen in eine Höhle, die gar keine Höhle war.
Um 9.30 sind wir schon zurück zum Hafen gefahren u dort einfach 1 Stunde gestanden.

The whole experience was very well organized. Everything was planned up to the last detail and all comforts were taken care of. Food was great. They made sure that everyone’s food preferences were taken care of, even for vegetarians.

I had a very pleasant experience on my 2D1N Ha Long Bay Cruise on Le Journey Premium Cruise with Mr Tom as our Guide. Everything was well prepared and very seamless. We enjoyed a great variety of activities and all without feeling rushed. Would highly recommend this experience!

Hi! What time will we be picked up and dropped off at our hotel? I am assuming since it begins at 8am it starts in Hanoi at 8am and the next day we will be back in Hanoi around 2-3pm after lunch is served.

Hi, Do we need to show our original passport when we board or can we use a photocopy? My friend's work is currently holding her passports to process our work visas.
Also, if my friend and I book separately for the same day departure and trip, is there a guarantee we will end up on the same boat, or would it be better to book under the same transaction?

Hello Hanna ! On the passports I think they are not required to board the boat , an electronic copy in your phone should be enough ,,, on the other question, if you can do the reservation in one transaction will be better , if not be sure you are booking with the same company , same tour and most probably you will be in the same boat … you will see that arriving there and departing is a crowd there , so stay together …
I'm just checking that this includes only one night and returns by bus the following evening. Correct?

Yes, it includes one night and they drop you off by bus back to your hotel or you can give them another address to take you there.

We want to book this trip for 1/1/2020 but we are flying into hai phong. Can we meet at the harbor before depart and skip the Hanoi pick up since we will not be in Hanoi?
