My impressions of the La Pandora Cruise
I believe the cruise is advertised as a 4 star service. I'm not sure what the 4 star refers to, but I would not rate it higher than 3.
We did the 1 night cruise, which included:
O pick-up from hotel at 8.20am
O a stop at an tourist pearl market
O boarding the cruise ship around 1pm
O lunch on the boat around 1:30pm
O kayak for 45min, not at a great location imo (we have seen many nicer locations in the morning of the second day).
O a short swim around the small transfer boat ~30min
O dinner around 7:30pm, which was a nice buffet.
O next morning we left around 7am for a row boat trip in a nicer area. Unfortunately we weren't allowed to kayak there.
O we had brunch around 9:30am followed with check out.
O we left the cruise boat around noon to be transferred back to the marina and bus.
O back at Hanoi around 3:30pm.
A few additional notes:
O we paid around AUD 250 pp
O no drinks are included
O I was disappointed to see soo much rubbish floating around in the water.
O I had light headache from the constant smell of diesel fumes (when in the cabin or dining room)
O if considering such cruise, I recommend the 2 night option since it takes you further in the bay and fewer ships around.

The tour guide Mr. Vie (we knew him (Danny)) was very nice and we could understand his English well, which I often missed in Vietnam. The stay was too short, better 2 days.

Victor and Andy are the best tour guides! The service in the cruise is excellent. We had a lovely room with a big balcony!

Our tour guide Cody- hieu was superb. Very friendly, patient and supportive. Ambience , food and staff was good too.

L’itinéraire n’était pas celui annoncé
Le personnel, les guides sont efficaces à notre écoute. Le Pandora Cruise Boutique est un bateau récent. Les chambres et salle de bains sont claires et bien agencées.
Les repas sont variés, copieux et délicieux. Le temps a été propice et c’était un régal pour les yeux. La baie est magique

Un moment magique de notre voyage ! Le bateau, les repas et le personnel sont au top. Côté activités c'est sympa mais sans plus. De toute façon le lieu se suffit à lui-même. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir du soleil.
On n'a pas eu l'impression d'une profusion de bateaux .
Attention finalement ça ne fait que 2 demi journées.

We had a room in the top deck, there is a pool table next to our room, our family play game together and had wonderful moments together, the food is lovely, staff was nice, absolutely recommend this tour

Wonderful trip so far, the crew member team work very hard and warm, we request vegetarian food and they provide us a lot of options, the room is nice decorated, would love recommend this tour for everyone

Interesting trip. Bed and washroom was very comfortable. We had amazing views from the the balcony. Food can be improved.
