In the description and also in the booking confirmation it says that:
-the journey is done in a luxury vehicle, in reality it is a decidedly dated coach with sleeping seats, many of which are broken. (It was enough to be honest about the description)
-the hotel where you sleep is not the Sapa Vista Hotel (the reason that made me choose this tour) but a hotel with no view, definitely dated, the first room didn't even have a window other than a balcony with a view and I could go on to rage on the chambers and the cleaning of the sponges.
- in the description it says that for the single room you have to pay an additional €20, they wanted to charge me €30 (in addition) which is the price of the best room in this place (the whole room)
- the first excursion is to a place, Cat Cat Village, absolutely built for tourists, all exaggeratedly fake and commercial
Tomorrow I will have another excursion, I hope a real tracking among these beautiful mountains.
Too bad, I don't think I can return and I feel like I wasted a great chance.
I hope those who read the review make better choices.

It was my visit to Sapa, We were accidentally got this trip recommended by one of my friend whom did it couple of days before ours, We spent a 3 days 2 nights with this tour company and finally everything gone wide, the tour was really good, tour guide was very fun and helpful , our accommodation in the village was good even the hotel in Sapa town , vey clean and comfortable, I would highly recommended to anyone who planing to visit sapa.

Any chance of customising by swapping one of the organised treks to Muong Hoa Valley trek ?
