Very good service. We booked 3 transfers with them and every time the transfer was very punctual. Also our flight got delayed and we could change the transfer time one day prior. Lily was very helpful with this.

Highly reliable airport transfer service from Noi Bai Intl Airport to Old Quarter, Hanoi. I've used this company the last 3 visits I had to Hanoi. Excellent customer service with courteous drivers and very reasonable rates. Thanks to Lily who always took care of our booking. I give this company Five Stars.

I came across this service on Google and I am so glad that I gave them a try. I've booked quite a few airport transfers between Hanoi airport and hotels in downtown as well as a return private transfer between HCMC and Can Tho. The experience has been excellent. Lily, the manager is quite responsive and attentive. All of the drivers assigned were polite, friendly and helpful. I will for sure use their service when next time return to Vietnam.

Thank you Lily for arranging our day tour of Hanoi. We could not find one which did everything we needed in 1 day but you put one together and added more places with a great tour guide Tony. Our driver was also safe and professional and came back today to take us to the airport. Highly recommend with excellent communication.

We booked a private transfer and tour from the airport to the Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Sapa and return. Big thanks to Lily, who helped with the booking and coordination, and tour guides Thuy and Pai. We had a lovely holiday.

Can not recommend enough Hanoi Transfers. We booked all our transfers from airport to accommodation in Hanoi, Hoi An and HCMC as well as a transfer to Ba Nah Hills for our stay.
Lily helped us all the way from booking to constant communication every day prior and then on the day of transfer. NEVER did we worry about our transfers as we were always kept up to date on status etc.
We as a family couldnt have wished for a better experience. 5 star plus if we could give it that rating. Thanks again HTC and especially Lily

Our group of 8 adults recently used HTS Travel while on a vacation in Vietnam. The van was comfortable, and the driver (Mr. Minh) was great. He took us from the airport to our hotel in Hanoi, then to Cat Ba, then to Tam Coc, and finally back to the airport. Communication from HTS was excellent. I always had confirmation on our scheduled pickup dates/times, which made for a relaxed travel experience in Vietnam.

Our driver was waiting for us as planned after we arrived at 11:05 pm. He drove carefully to our hotel and the car was clean and comfortable. Excellent service.
