The class was fantastic, we learned some of the history of egg coffee and got some great advice on how we can replicate at home! Thun was a great host, the coffee was good and the spring rolls after were 👌🏼

Loved this cooking class. The instructor was knowledgeable, kind and informative. She showed me first how to make the coffee, and then it was my turn to try making the coffee. With her guidance, I was able to make a delicious egg coffee. I also received the recipe of how to make it so I can bring the learned techniques home. Additionally, I had the nicest spring rolls I have ever eaten! I would recommend this class to everyone!

We like the egg coffee and were very keen to learn to make it so that we can make it for our friends and family back in Europe.
We were impressed as we turned out without booking and they were very happy to make the course straight away specially just for me and my niece.
We were first shown how to make it and then made it ourselves. It was a great positive experience. Our host a young woman called Thank was friendly knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. She then gave us the recipe, information where to buy the right gear, advice on other interesting things to see in Hanoi. She even let us buy packet of coffee each at traders prices.
I recommend every tourist to do it. You will love it

Very informative egg coffee course. Thanh was happy to answer all my questions about egg coffee and how it's done in a restaurant setting. I was a little taken aback that everything was measured by volume/eyeballed, but I'm a coffee snob so take that with a pinch of salt.

really good experience. i just walked into the store after finding the exp on airbnb and booked it the day off. they had jenny come in 20 minutes later and give me a 1-1 experience with a lot of detail about the process as well as the history of the beverage. it was really informative and well prepared and i would highly recommend it to others.

Our egg making class was so fun & informative! Our teacher was Katie and she was so helpful and friendly. Our egg coffees turned out amazing & our vegetarian spring rolls were delicious. I really recommend!

I had a wonderful time learning about and making egg coffee here, I was fortunate for it to be just me in the class. Thành was superb, she made me feel welcome and gave me great info into the history of egg coffee.
She was patient with me when I broke the egg. And the spring rolls in the restaurant are delicious.
10/10 recommend for a chill afternoon activity
