早上我的向导Eric很准时的来酒店接我，由于酒店在巷子里，Eric自己走进来并找到我，把我带到他们的大巴。Eric全程都很友好，会回答我的任何问题，于是在服务区我们一起拍了合照。选择他们的公司是一件非常棒的选择。

Easy transfer without any problems. Tang (Will) was a nice host and guided us through the trip. We were on time and did not have any long waits. The price was 280.000

Most annoying staff I came across. Busses are way to small and tiny even for me (65kg). Never again, makes you want to stop traveling tbh

Between the speedboat and the ride, the MorningCatBa guide called my name out of the blue and told me that his bus was fully booked and that I could not stay in the bus (Even if I reserved my seat and paid for it)… and why me ?
He put me in a mini van. The mini van was going between 145-150km. For the first time after a couple of weeks in Vietnam, using a lot of mini vans, buses, cars, scooter, easy riders, I really felt insecure. The driver dropped me outside of Hanoi, telling me that he has no time to go to the city center.
He pointed out another driver with a car. The new driver told me once again that they have no time to drive to the city center. So they pointed out a forth car. The final car drove me far from the city center, I had to take a Grab.
The experience was horrible. I highly recommend using a more reliable bus company.

They are so chaotic, a complete organisational disaster. We were appointed to be in the office at 12:15 and the bus arrived at 12:30. After that we were picking up other passengers from all over the town. At 13:45 we are still in Cat Ba town.

Dear Naac,
I think you should double check your reviews. Because I found 02 reviews from you , may be you were wrong with our company. Our bus pick up all of people from Cat ba around 12h00 - 12h30 and the speed boat will leave at 13h00 - 13h15. So you can still in Cat Ba town at 13h45.
Please double check your information and you can come to our office and tell me exactly the date depart, I will show you our bus GPS.
Pls wrote true because if not, it is really not good for our company.

A company I am traveling booked this for me. The bus was packed and hot. The tour guide got off the bus before all the passengers were taken to their hotels. The driver was supposed to take me to my hotel but instead made me get off far away. I told him I didn’t know how to get to my hotel. He drove away leaving me there in the street. I am traveling alone and was left in a dangerous situation. My phone had poor reception and I had no idea where I was. This is completely unacceptable and unsafe behavior.

Service très pro. Super organisation. Les agents m'ont même aidé à faire un aller retour dans Hanoï jusqu'à mon lieu de rendez-vous. Je recommande sincèrement.

I was traveling with my brother and we had never traveled the northern part of Vietnam. The trip was laid out perfectly without a problem and our guide, Scofield was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would do it again anytime.

Scofield was an amazing host for our bus ride from Cat Ba Island to Hanoi. He was extremely pleasant to speak with and made the time pass by very quickly with his friendly conversation. Overall, he made our bus ride very comfortable and was accommodating with our requests. When I return to Vietnam, I would use Good Morning Cat Ba as my bus company and even specifically ask for Scofield as my host.
