If you want to spend useless time looking for your driver at the Hanoi airport, this is the car service for you! And then after I found him, he made me (a 73 year old) wait for 15 minutes in 90 degree heat while he called for a car to take me to my hotel? Did the eventual driver then know what hotel I was going to? Of course not! This operation is horrible! I suggest looking for a more reputable company. The person who meets you at the airport is not your driver like with most companies. He is a coordinator of rides! I could have taken a taxi cheaper and faster and with much kinder smarter service! Look elsewhere!

Hello sir. Can you tell me what day you use our car and what the booking code is? I checked and there are no customers who have booked a car using our service. We have never let a customer wait for a car for 15 minutes. ? Can you give for us your name ? I checked but not understoond who driver pick up late you.? Please clear for us.

This was a great service. The driver was ready for us at the pickup point as soon as we arrived. The vehicle was clean and the driver was polite and friendly. He drove very carefully throughout the trip. I would highly recommend this service

The trip from the airport to our hotel was incredibly smooth! Truong was great and very easy to communicate with. We were happy to make our first Vietnamese friend right after landing in Hanoi!
We loved the service so much that we've kept in touch for the next time we'll be in the country.
We would highly recommend Truong's service to anyone traveling in the area.

we booked a day trip to Hanoi City Tour with private car from company viet nam car Transport and had an amazing time. Duc Anh , our tour guide, spoke great English and was very informative and enthusiastic. We learned so much about Vietnam's history from a single day trip.
we have an interesting journey with the history and culture in Hanoi. Enjoy a very special Bun Cha Huong Lien .
we would definitely recommend vietnam car transport to any foreigners who are staying in Hanoi that want want to take a trip City tour or any of their other tours.

Trung took me from Hanoi Center to the Airport for less than a grab car, and less than another hostel was able to do. The car was very clean and comfortable. Trung was also a great person to talk to, he'd be great as a person to get a ride from if you just got to Hanoi as he has some great recommendations for you to do.

I used company viet nam car transport from the hotel to the airport. time around 45 minutes from the center hoan kiem to Noi Bai airport. Very thoughtful driver packed luggage and stopped 10 minutes for us at the store. Driving is fun and enthusiastic. I appreciate using Vietnam transport vehicles. Love driver :)

We come to hanoi for a week and use Vietnamese cars for a few days in hanoi. Firstly, the company arranged to drive pick up us to the airport for a little longer while we were making the visa. The driver patiently waited for us for one hours at the airport then took us to the hotel. I appreciate the arrangement of the company that works for professional. next time i come back to hanoi . We will use this company .
