I have nothing but great things to say about Vivutravel. Guides are brilliant - Miss Hanoi is fantastic. Lan has been awesome to deal with. Would always use if coming to Vietnam!

I contacted Hoai by email after researching different travel companies, I liked that they are a small Vietnamese company and answered all my emails promptly.
Hoai designed the 16 day tour of Vietnam and Cambodia around our needs.
We had a private car and guides who where all excellent. Thang was very knowledgeable and could answer anything regarding history. He was so helpful. Lynn was our next guide who was a bubbly lady also very helpful and happy to changed our plans if we didn’t want to do what was on the daily itinerary.
All the accommodation was in great positions for us to be on our own at night and have thing to do.
The vans are comfortable way to travel and not be in a big group tour if this your choice.
VIVU TRAVEL was excellent and I would highly recommend using this company to anyone wanting to travel to Vietnam.

Beautiful way to see Vietnam. Privet customize trips with knowledgeable guides all through the country. Lan and her staff made the trip stress free. They respond promptly to any question we had.

We are so glad that we chose Vivu Travel for our adventure. Everything was top notch. David (Hung) our tour guide made it educational and fun. We got to experience the city life as well as see the countryside as well. All of the accommodations were beyond our expectations. Great value and the service from all the staff was exceptional. They even made some last minute changes to accommodate our groups different outgoing flight schedules.

My wife and I wanted to do a Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia tour. We have about 3 weeks for the tour. We started searching the internet for a local tour operator who could provide us with such a tour.
We came across Vivutravel and started discussing our itinerary with Kim Dung. After about 1 week looking at 2 other tour operators we where impressed with the service ad speed of our response from Kim that we decided to drop other operators and work with Vivutravel only.
We were not disappointed. From initial ideas to a detailed itinerary, it was a smooth process working with Kim. We are based in London, UK and with the time difference we got exceptionally quick responses to our questions queries etc.
Kim organised everything for us from Singapore and back to Singapore. She booked all flights, hotels etc. Being vegetarians, she made sure that everybody was informed of our dietary requirements.
We completed our tour and returned back to UK on 7th April. The whole tour from start to finish was excellent. All the tour guides arrived on time, they had good knowledge of the sites we visited and good command of English.
Kim kept in touch with us throughout our trip and she even changed our itinerary whilst we where touring.
I have nothing but praise for Vivutravel and all their staff, in particular Kim as we had dealt with her the most.
I would recommend them in a heart beat.

It was last week of Jan 2023, we were planning for our Vietnam tour for March 2023 and we selected Vivu Travel #VivuTravel. From that day till our trip end they handled everything professionally and personally. Start from proposal, hotel selection, itinerary planning and e-visa application, everything was smooth like silk for us. Kim planned every minute of our trip so carefully and personally that we never felt we are travelling in any other country and that without any hassle. Entire Vivu Travel team is amazing and I was to say personal thanks to Kim and Trinh. My recommendation, for Hanoi select Trinh as your guide and you will never regret. Trinh is true ambassador of Vietnam and she have so amazing knowledge that you will think she should be history teacher. I requested and they honoured my request of baby sitter for my kids and everything went well. Prices are super reasonable. In the last, Kim you forgot to charge me for one thing that was personal touch of you and your team to our trip and that was priceless. #VivuTravel #VietnamTourVivuTravel #VivuTravelForVietnam

Vivu travel is fantastic company you can rely on for travel in Vietnam, from the enquiry until we get into return flight from Ho Chi minh , Kim and his associates helped and treated as family.

I highly recommend ViVu Travel and Ms Haio. She is friendly, knowledgeable and provided very quick email responses. The office staff is very efficient. ViVu Travel is flexible, even accommodating itinerary changes on our first day. Our guides and drivers throughout our trip were very experienced and friendly. Duong, our Hanoi guide, was terrific finding the special things each person in our group was interested in such as: tasting egg coffee, green rice or ice cream, seeing water buffalo in rice fields, exploring Ha Long Bay, seeing Hanoi at night, understanding customs and history, etc. Guide Linh provided in-depth history and valuable recommendations for local goods and services. I had a wonderful trip to Vietnam and hope to return again one day.

Ms. Hoai was very accommodating and flexible to our last-minute requests. Mr. Duong was extremely know legible and professional tour guide. Ms. Linh was very flexible to the schedule. The only thing we did not like was the driver in Hue and Hoi An. He made us waited a couple times for more than 15 minutes to pick us up even Ms. Linh has called him in advance. We could tell Ms. Linh was embarrassed with the situation too. Other than that, we loved all services that Vi Vu provided. Especially, we loved to have the whole boat at Ha Long bay for ourselves with fresh seafood lunch. Yummy. Thank You Vi Vu.

We travelled as a group of friends and we are all so happy to have used Vivi travel as they organised our tour without any issues at any of our destinations
We where dealing with Kim at Vivi travels she was very friendly and she was really helpful with the anything that we where unsure about
