We contacted Hoa Ta to organize a Halong Bay trip for us. What a pleasure! Everything went seemless! From the pickup in Hanoi to the boat and transfer back to Hanoi was easy and comfortable. La Pinta Cruise is great! Fantastic staff and great food. Chung is a charming host. I can highly recommend Hoa and La Pinta Cruises.

Hoa Ta was so helpful, and arranged our trip carefully. We had a health crisis after the tour and she was kindly and generous helping our family through that. I would highly recommend her for any travel needs in the region. The cruise she arranged was exactly what we were after and we loved every minute of it.

Hoa Ta really did a wonderful job seeking the perfect birthday cruise for me. She gave me options that would best fit my needs. I was so delighted with cruise accommodations, meals, and activities. The staff was pretty amazing.... Will definitely be back to see more of this beautiful country,

Hoa Ta provided excellent services for us during our travels in Vietnam. She was so helpful with her advice and guidance. We enjoyed the cruise that she recommended for us, and she was always there, just a message away for any questions that we had before and during our trip. I will be recommending her to all my friends.

We had a very good experience in Halong Bay. The communication with Hoa was fabulous. She answered every question detailedly and helped us make the decision about choosing the right cruise/ route . We met her also personally, such a lovely and generous lady. She made a tailor made plan for us with an unbeatable price. She also stayed in touch with us during our trip till our last destination just to make sure, that everything goes smoothly. We have nothing to complain about. Highly recommend. Thanks Hoa Ta 🙏

Hoa helped us throughout our entire trip in Vietnam with bookings, from a luxury cruise in Ha Long Bay, to overnight train tickets.
She was always kind and quick to respond on whatsapp.

I contacted Hoa when we arrived in Hanoi. I explained what trips we wanted to do. She booked them for us and then met us at our hotel. she brought us a gift which was a lovely gesture.
Halong Bay 1 night 2 day trip - were were picked up from the hotel promptly and we drove to Halong Bay to transfer to our Cruise ship. Paradise Cruise. The cruise boat was clean and comfortable and all the staff helpful and friendly.
The food was fabulous. We really enjoyed the kayaking. Halong Bay is stunning and really is a must see,

We are so so happy with Hoa she got us water puppet ticked airport transfers and the most amazing cruise
If your looking for the best contact in Hanoi/ Halong bay she is it!
Her price was very fair and the experience was 10 out of 10
Hoa even had lovely gifts for us,
we got the best cabin on the cruise which made the experience so fantastic!

Super luxurious hotel on the sea, with a very very warm welcome on board. We had the 2 day 1 night trip and really enjoyed every minute on board.
Thanks to the excellent service of JK which anticipated every wish. And he also made great cocktails in the evening btw. Please keep on doing that great service.
Rooms are big, clean and comfortable, with a breath-taking view to the sea.
Food (lunch, dinner and breakfast) was delicious.
We highly recommend this trip, it so peaceful and relaxing.
