Tom Nguyen 船上的导游，服务很完整令人放心。有不吃的东西或要求都可以达成。食物的口味也很用心，虽然但他刚开始，我想未来会更好。

This was a nice, beautiful trip! The staff was extremely friendly, especially Serena who was the star for us! The staff was knowledgeable, the area was beautiful, and it was a real treat! Highly recommended.

The staff was so nice and friendly always willing to help. The rooms were amazing with incredibles views of ha long bay. You can make use of the jacuzzi in the 3rd floor which is perfect for your spare time in the Doris. At launch and dinner we would love to have more pineapple they run out of it so soon.

chuyến đi rất vui, nhân viên nhiệt tình thoải mái, phòng nghỉ sạch sẽ, thơm tho. Nhiều hoạt động rất là giải trí.

Muy buen paseo. El crucero estaba muy bonito, nuevo. La pieza preciosa, tal como se ve en las fotos. Todo el personal muy atento. En la tarde del primer día hicimos kayak, y una demostración para hacer spring rolls. Al día siguiente hicimos un paseo a una cueva en un bote.
La comida muy buena, eso si, los bebestibles no están incluidos y son bastante más caros que en otro lugares en Vietnam.

Good experience and the bay is absolutely worth visiting … absolutely beautiful.
But our experience with Doris could have been better the room was like the pictures given but cleaning was not properly done and floors and rail in the balcony were dirty and windows were dirty so could not see clear the view…so some improvement needs to be done there.
We found that the food was unfortunately not enough for the amount of guests as if did not stand up and collected the food like in a first seconds you will end up with empty stomach and I find that the variety of food could improve as well as we are in the country of ban Mi there was no fresh bread for non of the meals and only sliced bag bread … shame. Not much variety of fruit not much BBQ ( meet/ fish in general) to be called one of the Luxury cruise I found better meals at 3 stars in Vietnam.
We explained our cancers to James witch was ever so helpful and told us that he will try to improve was was said as there was a lot more gets with same problems.
Some situations I found with staff as well, as they were not very helpful as for example we asked for some basic things like a toilet role for the restaurant bathroom (as none) and a table to be cleaned so we could sit for breakfast near the window and most tables were left dirty from previous guests, and the replies we got were less then friendly of helpful. I understand the staff is young and learning but was not a leaning situation was a basic one.
But the experience was present, don’t take me wrong “Squid” and Sunny ( not sure is it’s real name) are there best staff, kind, hard working, energetic , friendly and nothing was to much trouble.
James as well, our guide for the cruise was kind and respected our opinion about what we thought. The cruise as potencial and this 3 staff are the main reason I don’t give 3 stars but 4.

The experience was amazing. We had a wonderful time just chillin in our suite with a balcony. Surrounded with amazing views. We also did kayaking which is included in the packaged. The foods are great & delicious. Various choices for vegetarian food. The staffs are also so friendly & greet us warmly. Amazing hospitality. Kudos to all the crews on board! :-)
