The counter is on the top floor of the arrival hall, and you can see it directly. The staff is very friendly, English is also good, and also helped us upgrade the card, feeling great.

Good service and very friendly staff. You can easily find it up to the second floor, second from the left. At first I didn't know it was on the first floor. But after a while I found it. Thankfully the airport is not wide. Today is my first use day and I'm well connected.
