This was everything I hoped it would be. Linh was knowledgeable and attentive. Heading home with wonderful memories - and recipes!

We highly recommend everyone to take a cooking class at this school in combination with a visit to the Cu Chi tunnels!
In particular, Chef Linh deserves the highest praise. He is an extraordinarily nice man, full of energy, knowledge, humor and cooking skills! We were terribly sorry that despite spending the whole day with Linh, our trip ended so quickly.
When visiting Asian countries, we always attend a cooking class and this one was fantastic. Linh first walked with us through the entire garden, where we gathered the ingredients from which we would later cook. Later we had a cooking lesson, during which, of course, we ate what we prepared.
On the downside, the head chef. He seemed to be terribly in love with himself, and when my partner (who can't cook, but that's what she went to the lessons for), made mistakes, he got very irritated. Fortunately, he only spent a few minutes with us, but it was definitely the least pleasant point of the tour.
On a huge plus, the possibility to choose the menu. Many other schools offer a strictly defined menu, which does not allow you to prepare a particular meal at home later, due to, for example, the lack of such ingredients in Europe.
I also recommend buying a cookbook, spices and other accessories. It's a great souvenir!

My wife and I had an amazing time at the HCM Cooking School class with Aura! We learned so many new things about Vietnamese cooking and can't wait to try out our new skills in the kitchen. If you want to see and experience organic authentic farming, healthy, beautiful Vietnamese food then you must come here.
We walked through the produce farming, vegetables, fruit,herbs,mushrooms.
We didn't have time to do a cooking class but we did see one happening whilst we were there, would definitely recommend

The food and tour were very good. We started the day off driving to the place and arrived there in around an hour. there we picked vegetables and used them in a variety of dishes (All Good). We got certificates and headed to the Cu chi tunnels. The place was not crowded, came at the right time. Crawled in the tunnels for 100m. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Day was excellent start to finish. We were picked up from our hotel in central HCMC and driven directly to the farm (about 1/1.5 hours). We then walked through the farm and picked ingredients, with our guide Daisy who spoke great English and answered all our questions.
Using these ingredients, we cooked four meals, and with breaks to eat our delicious dishes dispersed throughout. The pace of the day and the timings were perfect and the cooking was not too complex but still felt like an achievement when plating up!
We then drove 15 minutes to Cu Chi tunnels where we had a tour from Daisy and got to experience the tiny tunnels first hand.
A brilliant day with great food, great learning - highly recommend!

We took the cooking class with the added tour of Cu Chi tunnels.
We got picked up from our hotel and the chef/guide was in the car with us. She was very friendly and very informative. After a drive out of the city we arrived at the farm where we picked our own local herbs and vegetables with very good information on each of them. We were tought how to cook a traditional Vietnamese 4-course meal with helpful tips you can use in any style of cooking. We also bought a cookbook to bring home with us.
After a very fulfilling class and meal we went to the Cu Chi tunnels. We learned a lot about how the Vietnamese lived during the war.
Overall an amazing experience.
10/10 would do again.

Rigtig spændende tur med masser af oplevelser og viden/inspiration.
Vi havde en skøn guide Suu. Mega god til kokkeskole, historien igennem tunnelerne og meget mere. Rigtig god til at fortælle og forklare, samt lytte.
Var sjovt og en rigtig god oplevelse at lære at lave vietnamesisk mad.
Derefter var vi ude og se gummiplantage inden tunnelerne. Meget spændende
Vi havde en skøn guide Suu. Mega god til kokkeskole, historien igennem tunnelerne og meget mere. Rigtig god til at fortælle og forklare, samt lytte.
