Hello Vietnam with friendly people

I found the airport to be crowded and chaotic, especially during peak hours. The check-in and security processes were slow, and there were long queues at every counter.
However, the airport has decent facilities, including shops, restaurants, and lounges. The Wi-Fi connection was also reliable, which was a much-needed relief for me. The duty-free shopping area had a good variety of products, but the prices were quite expensive compared to other airports in the region.
The airport staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience more comfortable. The signage could be improved, as it was difficult to navigate around the airport, especially for first-time visitors.
Overall, Tan Son Nhat airport is not the best airport I have been to, but considering the number of passengers it handles, it does an adequate job. The airport could benefit from more organization and better facilities, but the staff's hospitality made up for the shortcomings.

Very busy and crowded!

My first impression of Tan Son Nhat Airport in Vietnam was that it was very busy and crowded. The airport was bustling with people coming and going, and it was quite overwhelming at first. However, the staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience much more enjoyable. The facilities were modern and clean, with plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. It may have been a bit chaotic.

My flight was delayed to the next day. I tried desperately to contact this airport transfer service To Let them know to reschedule the pick up time. I tried calling number, it doesn’t exist. Triton them an email through the email registered on their website, it doesn’t exist. Did not even get a response via trip advisor or any of their social medias. Who is checking the contact platforms?

So unfortunate that we weren’t able to get anything resceduled. $34 is a lot for an airport transfer when I can pay five dollars with Grab.

Do not use this service.
booked and paid prior to arrival.
Sent message via the app to the company and phone number, confirming my flight number and arrival date.
I didnt receive a response.
Arrived on the flight nd no-one turned up to pick me up.

do not use, avoid this one !

Worked well, but Major problems on the return transfer

It worked as planned, the driver met us at the designated point, with a brand new Ford 4X4, with good air con. He assisted with the bags, so all in all a great experience.

We tried to book the return transfer from the hotel to the airport, this caused major issues. Firstly it is very difficult to find the 'return journey' on the website, plenty of airport to hotel transfers, but very difficult to find the return,. Beetrip helpful but I think our credit card has been hacked on their website. We will await our credit card statements to confirm.

検閲の場所は、二階にあります。済むと下に降りるのですが、降りる手前フロアーの一番右奥に両替所が有ります。
その横にSIM売り場があります。
街中どこでも両替所が有りますがどこもレートは、変わりませんので変えておくのが便利です。並んでいないのですぐ交換出来ます。
SIMは、通話とデータどちらかを選択します。
通話が必要なら指を広げて耳の横に当ててジェスチャーをすればok、データのみでしたらインターネットオンリーと言えばokです。

まず空港に着いたら、街へ行く交通手段は、タクシーかバスしかありません🚌。
タクシーは、安いので無理してバスに乗る必要はないと思います。
配車アプリgrabが利用できるようであれば、grabが一番いいでしょう！

タクシーの場合、到着ロビーから出る手前で受付のカウンターがあるのでそこで、行き先を伝えます。
すると、スタッフがタクシー乗り場まで案内してくれます。

grabの場合は、Googleマップで行先のHotelを指定して、経路をタップ画面が変わって現在地と行き先が線で繋がれたら、上のアイコンで車と人が手をあげている絵をタップ、するとgrabアプリを開きますかと右下にアイコンが出るのでタップするとgrabアプリが開きます。
※grabアプリが開かない場合は、先にgrabアプリを立ち上げてログインしておきましょう。

grabアプリに関して少し詳しく書きます。
上記のように、grabアプリが開き到着時間と金額が表示されたら、バイクか車、車の種類(乗る人数4人か7人を選択します)
ここからが大事、grabに来てもらう停車位置を再設定します。
アプリ上の停車住所をタップ、すると検索画面が開きます、右上の地図アイコンわタップすると又地図が表示されるので右下中間辺りの現在地アイコン(丸に点々)をタップ、多少現在地がズレています、地図を動かしながら停車位置を修正します。
grabの運転手から電話があった場合、柱の数字を伝えましょう！
又メッセージアイコンをタップして数字を入力送信でもok
最悪、運転手に電話をかけた上出来で近くのベトナム人に話してとジェスチャーで頼むと親切に場所を伝えてくれます。
ベトナムでは、grabは、日常に浸透しているので誰でも使えます。

Making it look easy

Arrived at the airport, was met by the transport team rep, helped us through immigration then told exactly where to meet our awaiting transport outside. We were greeted by a smiling, waving driver ready to take our bags. No rush, take your time have a smoke, relax. What more can a wary traveller ask for. Trip to our destination was quick and comfortable. How to make it all look too easy. Thanks team

Great service

We were met by a handler with our name on a board as promised and right on time. He told us where to go outside once we collected our luggage to meet our driver. It did take a while to find him in the chaos that is the Airport! I am guessing he had to move along and find somewhere to park and then come back and try to find us which he did eventually. Was only about 30 minutes though so that's not too bad. The car was near new and absolutely spotless! Very comfortable SUV with fabulous AC (it was steaming hot when we got there) and the driver was very competent. No English but that didn't matter as he already knew where to take us. Dropped us at the front door of the apartment complex and carried our bags up the entrance stairs. Overall, a smooth, comfortable and not expensive experience. Will use them again.

Safe and sound airport transfer services!

I made the reservation directly to their website a week before my departure. I was stuck in the payment step, then I emailed them for help, for a second they reply and told me to change the payment method from Paypal to Onepay. Then I succeed paying online thank to their advise. I really love the way they do their service which is always support ASAP. When I arrived to Tan Son Nhat airport, I was overwhelming by the crowded, but when I see their welcome board with my name on it, I was in heaven! they took me out to the main gate after immigration and custom, our driver was waiting out there at the collumn number 10. I could not be more happy to have this service. care was clean, driver was polite and helpful! Appreciate!
