Quang the tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave our group a really great insight on Mekong delta and what the locals do in their daily life. It is definitely an experience I would recommend!!

Do yourself a favour and book drive Vietnam for your tour to the Mekong Delta. We rang them and asked if they could do what we wanted rather than a standard tour. We wanted a private tour visiting the Mekong and including lunch. That’s what we got. We didn’t have to do all the extras that other companies include. Our guide Nhu spoke great English, she was very friendly and informative and enjoyed a joke. We definitely recommend.

Probably one of my favourite tours during my week in Vietnam.
We had an amazing time with our guide who was extremely attentive, hilarious to talk to and provided alot of interesting facts about the Mekong Delta as well as the people who lived there.
The tour was also extremely authentic and allowed us to view sights we might not have been able to view in other tours. We cruised on the Mekong Delta in a boat, the back channels in Mekong Delta in row boats, did a ton of sightseeing, had a tasty lunch at a local village and even had the chance to sample local delicacies like snake wine!
One thing I really liked was the fact that it was a private tour, we had a group of around 6 people and unlike other tours that try to max out the number of tours (up to 25 in some cases) this was alot more personalised.
Due to this, the tour guide was able to great lengths to customise the tour to fit our preferences.
If you have only 1 chance to do a tour of the Mekong Delta do this tour!
You will not be disappointed!

Such a great day! The owner of Drive Vietnam and some of the staff are from the Mekong Delta, so they know the area and the people, and as such the "tour" was a very down to earth and authentic experience. Definitely no tourist gimmicks. We were welcomed into private homes and farms, had a delicious home made (but completely hygienic) feast for lunch, paddled through the water coconut canals, and everything was seamless and well organized.

My husband and I just did the Mekong Delta tour with Drive Vietnam. It was really terrific and took us to places we would never have been able to get to otherwise. Our tour guide, Cuong Nguyen, was knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. He looked after us very well the whole day. The lunch was great, but when I start to say which part I particularly liked I realise that I liked it all. A lot of varied activities and places to see,. I thoroughly recommend the tour and our guide Cuong Nguyen.
