Ha & T were excellent and brilliant throughout the evening and I enjoyed trying the various different local specialities. Coffee ending was a good ending to a great time.

Wonderful experience walking around and tasting delicacies from Hue. There were a variety of delicious dishes (bun Bo hue, ban bro, ban nam , ban loc etc) and it was terrific to hear more about the dishes, when and how they are eaten. Mr Hoang was a very friendly, knowledgeable and fun guide who really cares about his clients. Highly recommend!

Great food tour with Ruby who speaks great English and is very friendly. We were able to enjoy Hue's food. Ruby even made us recommendations for the next few days. I highly recommend it. Attention to light eating, see not at all at noon, as there are a significant number of dishes during the tour.

Ha took me round to some local places that tourists don't usually go to. It was a really interesting tour. Ha was super friendly and answered all my questions about how the food is made, who eats it etc. Would definitely recommend to get an authentic taste of Hue's food scene!

Ms Trinh was fantastic , she was knowledgeable and great fun . Even a 6 ft over 60 years had fun on the tiny plastic chairs . I can’t recommend highly enough , not to be missed

This was a great tour . I was so fortunate to be the only one doing the tour , ruby was able to take me on her scooter to clam island . She was a warm and extremely knowledgable guide , her English was perfect . I devoured everything and I now know to go looking for more clam noodle dish . I would recommend to anyone interested in food .

My best guided experience in Viet Nam so far! The two pillars of a street food tour were perfect: great restaurantes / dishes and amazing guide! First of all, the chosen places and the dishes recommended were amazing - small places, at the streets, familiar, away from the tourist packed areas. Fresh, flavourfull, delicious food. And the experience was taken to another level because of Ruby, my guide and host. She is a foodie and a cooker herself, and she knows the history and details behind the Hue traditional dishes. Beyond the food, she was sharing details about the culture of Viet Nam. I was lucky to be the only one doing it, so we I had a very quality time with Ruby! I would do it again and again and again!

What a great evening with many delicious dishes at 5 local restaurants. Our local guide Huong was very knowledgeable about Vietnamese cuisine and culture. We had a great evening thanks to Ms. Huong.
