Thieves and liars- super rude

This is the worst company to deal with- Travel Experts. They are liars and steal your money. Super rude, horrible customer care. Trip service is pathetic. No one speaks English and communication is super bad. They over charged saying we need to pay extra for things that were included in the listing. And the prices were triple what the listing was for. Ended up paying $2000 USD for no service at all. Driver did not show up. Flight was canceled and Travel Experts failed to mention that and did not return the money even though it was their fault. Refused to communicate and refused to escalate to a manger. Very bad people and goes perfect with how horrible people in Turkey were- everyone cheats you and steals your money and is super rude and ruthless. Food is pathetic and women swear at you for being pretty. Absolutely worst country I’ve ever visited, and I have traveled the world.

We were 2 couples in our 70th. We booked a guided tour for 12 days in May 2018. The guide was excelent in knowledge and behaviour. The vehicle was like new and kept clean every day. The drivers were very good and polite. We visited Bishkek and all over
the country. Beautiful places. Wherever it was possible we did some nuce tracks. All and all it was a fantastic experience.
