At the moment we have used Francis fo 3 journeys and everyone has been perfect. Hashan our driver on these 3 occasions has been perfect in every way.
Having been to Sri lanka 14 times I have to say the service we received was number 1.

I always book a private taxi for airport pick up and drop whenever I visit Colombo. Francis handles my trip and he’s very prompt on timings, the car is comfortable and in excellent shape. Very friendly and courteous. Will be booking for a longer trip the next time around for a trip down South of Colombo. Prices are very reasonable compared to using Hotel cars.

Francis and his TEAN are amazing and very professional. He sent me the vehicle info along with pictures so I knew what to expect and kept me updated on any changes. My trip was so much better because I knew I could rely on him. Would highly recommend them and I will absolutely use them again when I visit Sri Lanka.

I booked for my 82 year old mother to be collected from the airport. She has limited mobility and TaxiGo were extremely supportive before, during and after the journey. They responded to my texts immediately and were always polite and courteous. Ricky, her driver provided an excellent service. I would definitely recommend them. 👌

TaxiGo Airport Cabs is a wonderful and reliable cab service. They are friendly, punctual, thorough, and extremely reliable. Francis at TaxiGo was our main contact, so a big thanks to Francis for taking care of us. We’ll definitely use this cab service when we visit again.
