I cannot express how fantastic this day was. My guide Dylan was absolutely wonderful. From start to finish he was a wonderful companion and very knowledgable guide. I highly recommend this trip to anyone but especially to those who may be travelling alone. As a single woman, I felt fully entertained, educated, safe and had an absolutely brilliant day. I cannot wait to do more tours with Dylan in the future!

Whole trip was planned perfectly and according to our wishes. The Guide and the Jeep Driver were so experienced and proffesional, a real nature lovers. We took so many photos, spotted more than 30 elephants, no to mention other species as jackals, buffalos, crocodiles and so many birds. The trip was both adventurous and comfortable plus I was feeling super safe. This was my first time in Sri Lanka and when I will be back I am choosing the same company.

BOOK THIS TOUR WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I found this tour on tripadvisor and saw the great reviews, but was still blown away by how wonderful an experience it was. The tour guide Mindika, picked me up from my Colombo hotel and we drove the 4 hours to Udawalawe. He gave me SO much information about things we were passing, things in Sri Lanka, and about the various animals we were going to see on the safari. Our safari driver, Dharme, was also amazing and has eagle eyes to find and point out even the smallest lizard on the safari path. We were able to see a wide array of animals from elephants- males, females, and babies, crocodiles, water buffalo, birds, monkeys, lizards, and even a usually hard to see jackal family. Mindika was fabulous during the safari telling me so much information about the different animals and behaviors we were seeing. Following the tour we were able to stop at the Elephant Transit Home near Udawalawe which was a personal request that Mindika was gracious enough to accommodate. BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. 7 star service, the nicest guide in Sri Lanka, fully certified, so accommodating, and will be a memory of a lifetime!

In February I was in Sri Lanka and again planned my trip with Traumlandtours. Everything was perfect again. I have no regrets booking with Dilhan again. He adjusted perfectly to my wishes. If I wanted to see something else in between, he made it possible. He never left me alone and explained everything to me.
My journey started in Udawalawe. I stayed there at Max Safari Villa, which is right next to the Safari Park. I can only recommend the accommodation, Max takes care of the accommodation and also organizes the safari. His mother cooked and it was one of the best meals I have eaten in Sri Lanka. Then it was on to Ella. Ella itself is very lively with lots of nice cafes and restaurants. We were on Little Adams Peak, the view was simply fantastic, later we went to the nine arches bridge. Dilhan explained everything well there too. After Ella we went to Nuwara Eliya. We took a nice boat tour on the lake and later visited the vegetable market. Which was very interesting. From Nuwara Elliya we went back to Negombo. A very beautiful scenic road with two waterfalls and with many impressions.
I highly recommend Dilhan.
I'm coming back to Sri Lanka and I'll book Dilhan as my guide again.

Im Februar war ich in Sri Lanka und habe meine Reise wieder mitTraumlandtours geplant. Es hat wieder alles perfekt gestimmt. Ich habe es nicht bereut wieder bei Dilhan gebucht zu haben. Er hat sich perfekt auf meine Wünsche eingestellt. Wenn ich zwischendurch noch etwas anderes sehen wollte, hat er es möglich gemacht. Er hat mich niemals allein gelassen und mir alles erklärt.
Meine Reise startete in Udawalawe. Ich hatte dort eine Unterkunft in der Max Safari Villa, die gleich neben dem Safari Park liegt. Die Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen, Max kümmert sich um die Unterkunft und organisiert auch gleich die Safari. Seine Mutter hat gekocht und es war eins der besten Essen die ich in Sri Lanka gegessen habe. Dann ging es weiter nach Ella. Ella selbst ist sehr belebt mit vielen schönen Cafés und Restaurants. Da sind wir auf dem Little Adams Peak gewesen, die Aussicht war einfach fantastisch, später ging es zur nine arches Bridge. Auch da hat Dilhan alles gut erklärt. Nach Ella ging es nach Nuwara Eliya. Auf dem See haben wir eine schöne Bootstour gemacht und später den Gemüsemarkt besucht. Der sehr intressant war. Von Nuwara Elliya ging es nach Negombo zurück. Eine sehr schöne landschaftliche Straße mit zwei Wasserfällen und mit vielen Eindrücken.
Ich kann Dilhan sehr empfehlen.
Ich komme wieder nach Sri Lanka und auch da werde ich Dilhan wieder als Guide buchen.

Ich bin zum 2. Mal mit Traumland tours verreist. Die Beratung und Umsetzung der Tour war unglaublich kompetent und mit viel Engagement.
Im Udawalawe- Park gab es viel zu sehen, dazu gab es interessante Informationen von dem Guide.

I and my husband booked a short 5 Days trip with Traumland Tours during our vacation in Sri Lanka. Dilan accompanied with us from the time of the booking until the end of the tour. He was our tour guide. A guide with a passion and very knowledgeable about the country. His organizing is fantastic and over five star. Very friendly tour host. Our itinerary was what we expected and delivered many more. More than we expected actually. It was a very comfortable trip included of good hotels and food. All the credits must go to our sweet tour guide - Dilan for organizing a magical trip in Sri Lanka and i do not think twice to come back to Sri Lanka, and Book with Traumland Tours. They are the best custom made tour organizers in Sri Lanka. Service is outstanding. Highly recommended tour company. Thank you Dilan for making an unforgettable experience for us. I booked a day excusion trip to Udawalawe National park with Traumland Tours.
The price is very reasonable and the service is seven star standard.
The driver picked up me from Jetwing Blue Hotel Negombo in the morning ( at 6.30am) and drove to Udawalawe.
Though the drive was like 6 hours, driver from Traumland Tours offered me a great introduction about Sri Lanka and its features.
Before the safari tour, he brought me to the elephant transit home where you can see orphan baby elephants and their milk feeding session. Thats one of my best experience ever.
After the orphanage and the lunch break, Traumland Tours had organized a good quality of private safari jeep only for myself.
My driver joined with me for the safari trip and it was fantastic. What a beautiful experience. I could spot more than fifty elephants including a tusker.
The safari driver was very well experienced and good of spotting animals. It was my very first safari tour and i have no words to explain how great it was.
The whole trip was fantastic and i highly recommend Traumland Tours. They are the best tour organizers i ever come across!

It was the second time we came to Udawalawe And we must say this visit was excellent. We saw so much wildlife More then we saw our first time The most beautiful moment was. the moment the elephants were walking over the road just before our jeep.
and the peacocks with their beauty
Udawalawe.....we will be back and thanks to Dilan who made this day a perfect one.
