Ferose was my driver and guide for my tour, he was an excellent driver and guide, made the tour, with his knowledge and helpfulness, nothing was too much for him, always checking that I was ok and whether there was anything I wanted to see or need.
The tour was absolutely great, and Ferose made it so, Can highly recommend this tour, very interesting, well worth the time and cost.
Finally a big thank you to my original contact with Kingfisher Tours, who, after a false start, got the tour re-organised,many thanks.🤗

I had a short layover in Sri Lanka and booked a tour with King Fisher along with an airport transfer. Arriving at 4 AM on a rainy day in a crowded airport, there was no one to pick me up. Later that day, no one showed up for my afternoon tour either. The hotel manager took pity on me and arranged a driver, though he wasn't a guide, so my day didn't go as planned. Before the trip, Asshik from King Fisher sent me long messages boasting about being one of the best companies in Sri Lanka. When I messaged him about the missed pickups, he apologized, claiming a mistake, and continued to emphasize their professionalism and status. If this is one of the best, I dread to think how bad the worst could be

Dear Sir,
Please accept our apology for the inconvience happened and we agree we sent long messages to confirm your booking but there was a misunderstanding which you know that you didn't confirm the booking with so that we did not send anyone to pick you up.
As a reputed and fast growing company we have never failed to pick our guests on time unless they didn't confirm the booking so we anyways feel sorry and ask apology from you for the mistake and misunderstanding happened
We are hopefully waiting for your arrival again to serve you better with kingfisher hospitality and give the best hospitality

Our tour guides were very informative and accommodating to our needs and desires. They knew exactly where to take us based on our descriptions. We saw quite a lot in a very short period of time. Great photographers as well.

I did the Colombo City Sightseeing Tour with Kingfisher Tours Sri Lanka. From the beginning to the end It was a pleasent trip. They were very flexible on various matters. Normally I was out of the regular pick up area but with an extra arrangement they coordinated a pick up for me, changed the vehicle type and payment timing for my comfort and satisfaction. My guide Ferose was ready at the hotel, even before the pick up time. He was a nice and friendly gentleman and he was flexible as well. He made some slight changes in the tour according to my interests and expectations. I would suggest the tour and the company.
