Erkan was very responsive and Organizer with my recent tour. This tour included 2 days, flight, hotel stay, and guided tours. Every detail was explained and carried out perfectly. Highly recommend!

Erkan was great! He booked our flights, car transfers, group tour, etc with a couple of days notice and everything went perfectly! The whole agency was really efficient. Although it was quite busy when we visited (lots of tourists like us took advantage of the Eid holidays) we had a very pleasant swim in Cleopatra's pool (can't recommend it enough!) and took a nice walk along the white travertines. The atmosphere over all was quite informal and the guide provided us with some information about Hierapolis itself, while keeping it light and entertaining for the children in the group.

This was better than expected! The hospitality and attention to details made our visit to Cappadocia amazing. The knowledge and friendliness of the guides matched the beauty of this historic city.

What the colors of nature I observed while I was on my tour in Turkey. Travel store Turkey guide, Delik, was polite and cooperative. She seemed much informative and knowledgeable.The historical perspectives instilled during this time span of 2 days aren't going to fade away. Rates and other charges were reasonable and affordable. Never had this sort of experience ever before.
Really guys! no words to state the moments I enjoyed while having balloon riding and seeing the sun setting. In short, good historical sights and experience!!

There were many valuable sites in Turkey to visit. Due to limited time we had, we picked these 2 sites. The tour including the flight, hotel, tour guide and all transfers. We were picked up from hotel to Istanbul airport, but when we arrived in Izmir airport with no one to greet us for a long time. After multiple phone calls and a long wait we finally got picked up and be able to join the rest of the group tour on the day with some delay. The rest of the tour time was quite OK. The site of Ephesus was breathtaking!! The site was vast and very well preserved. A must to see if you have a chance. We then took a bus in the afternoon for few hours to a hotel near Pamukkale site and stayed overnight. Hotel was OK though not very clean.
We took off the next morning to the site of Pamukkale (the cotton castle), and it was really special. We walked the white travertine terrace on the hillside with its blue warm water. Very cool!!! It neighbors Hierapolis, an ancient Roman spa city founded around 190 B.C. with well preserved theater and an Antique Pool is famous for its submerged Roman columns, the result of an earthquake. Very special experience indeed. The last leg of tour was that we were taken to a leather and a carpet factory that they intended to make sales. Not really interested, but some did buy something. We then were taken to the local airport to fly back to Istanbul airport with someone waiting to take us back to the hotel. All and all, a really exciting and memorable trip.

The trip was great, the tour guide was good. I met a few great friends during the trip. The most important is I left my jacket in the coach in Kusadasi and it was returned back to me via courier service directly from Istanbul to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

This was our first trip to such an unusual places. A little excitement at first, and then complete relaxation and pleasure. When you do not know the national language, it's difficult to feel comfortable in another country. But how we were glad that we applied to the Travel Store, these people were so kind and gracious that they helped us with everything we needed. So we could not get distracted and watch the views. And there was something to watch!! These cosmic landscapes! The pictures changed so quickly and were so magnificent that we forgot to exhale. It's good that we did not have to worry about everyday things and we completely immersed ourselves in impressions. Thanks again, Travel Store, for your kind help and hospitality.

This tour is amazing, you have to see those jewels of Turkey. Great guide with lot of information and a sense of humour! Very well organised even if I had to fly from Istanbul to Izmir back and forth. Free time to wounder around which was great. Great hotel near the sea. As a woman traveling alone, this was just amazing.
