Battles with Burak

What a phenomenal Gallipoli exploration we had with our incredibly knowledgeable tour guide, Burak (who has a better sense of humour than Borat! ). He provided a very comprehensive education of the battles in various sites & managed to keep things upbeat so the mood did not become too somber. A special part of the day was one gent in our party having his own memorial at his great uncles grave. He had brought along his photo, medals & the Aussie flag & played The Last Post. It was very moving.

Bucket list trip

Just came back from a 6 day tour of Turkey with this company. They were prompt and reliable. All the hotels were amazing, except for the last one in Kapadokia, which was a cave hotel. I had insisted on a cave room, which I promptly regretted as it felt claustrophobic. (Not their fault though).
Special thanks to all the tour guides, as they were very knowledgeable and to Erkan, who put together our tour.
Amazing vacation!

Great Sampler of Turkey!

This tour is very worth it. Everything in the itinerary is beautiful, interesting and fun. The guides are knowledgeable and resourceful. With the exception of the hotel in Cappadocia, which was a very basic hotel, the other hotels were very nice and comfortable. If you book with enough time (more than 2.5 months in advance), you can probably have Erkan find you a nicer hotel in Capadocia. Erkan is very responsive and easy to talk to.

The lunches were very good too if you consider that it’s “tour included” food. No complaints whatsoever.

The itinerary is a bit on the faster paced side but it’s the only way to see all of these sites in 6 days.

Please go ahead and book that trip to Turkey that you’ve always wanted!

Excellent tour experience

It was a nice experience. We enjoyed a lot
The food was good, pickups and dropoffs were timely. Places were amazing and the overall journey was pleasant. The english speaking guided tours were informative.

Moc děkujeme za úžasné zprostředkování našich líbanek panu Erkanovi, který nám byl velmi nápomocen nejen při výběru destinace, ale i s výlety, na kterých jsme s manželem byli. Měli jsme například výlet po různých památkách, poté jsme dokonce byli i na koních, na velbloudech, pan Erkan vše zařídil na jedničku. Příště určitě využijeme služeb této agentury znovu. Jsem nadšená! Doporučuji!

A first class service and an extremely efficient and well organised trip

Erkan provided us with a first class service in helping us plan our itinerary for trips to Troy, Pergamon, Çanakkale, Pamukkale, Hierapolis, Ephesus and Cappadocia and back to Istanbul. He immediately replied to all queries we had, even during the holiday itself. Everything was so well co-ordinated and the trip went so smoothly that I have no hesitation in recommending him and his company.

I can't say enough about the experience I had in Turkey. The people, the culture, the breathtaking views, and the history are something everyone should see. Erkan from the Travel Store seemed to be available at all times by email. He arranged everything and made the trip a memorable experience. I can't thank him enough for all that he did. Being afraid of heights had me a little nervous about the hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia. It was an experience of a lifetime!

Wonderful trip with the family

Erkan compensated for every single bit he missed by offering different better options.
Only suggestion I have for him is , please draft your itineraries more comprehensively and make everything clear that's is being offered by your agency during the trip.
Otherwise overall experience was marvelous, enjoyed every bit of the trip.

Marvelous Tour of Western Turkey

Quite an intensive tour of the western part of Turkey. Was very well taken care of throughout the trip. Got two wonderful opportunities to try various Turkish dishes at buffet lunches on day 3 and 4. It was fascinating to learn about the meaning of ANZAC day commemorated in Australia and New Zealand with the visit to the Gallipoli peninsula. I was surprised with the various Greek and Roman archeological sites in Troy, Pergamon and Pamukkale as I always thought you have to visit Greece and Italy to see and learn about Greek and Roman ancient history. A lot of the sites were designated as World Heritage sites. Then the tour ended in Cappadocia with two days visiting the strange landscape of fairy chimneys, underground cities and strange rock formations. Unfortunately I was not able to go up in a hot air balloon to see the sunrise due to inclement weather conditions. However I did see a unique snowy landscape.

The certified tour guides have university degrees in ancient Greek, Roman and Turkish cultures and history. Erkan from Travel Store was always there if you need help. We communicated with Whatsapp. My name was not on the list for pickup when I arrived back at Istanbul at 23:15! Contacted Erkan with Whatsapp and he sorted it out within 5 mins. Travel Store just put me on a private shuttle back to my hotel. I also got a refund for the cancellation of the hot air balloon ride. What a wonderful tour!
