Pickup was well organized. Guests were assembled in a bus and driven to the cruise. The good stuff ends here. We were given 3 seats next to an exit door which was opened every 5 sec so it felt cold. They changed our place when we requested to the other end of the hall. Not everyone gets seats in the middle of the hall where dancers perform. Food was not appetizing. We could not eat much. There were 3 dance performances that we could barely watch from the back. After that the floor was open to the guests to dance in unbearable loud music. One cannot leave even if they want to because the bus is supposed to ferry the guests back. It got very late (12 am) and by that time my 13 year old daughter was very tired and fell asleep. It might be enjoyable for youngsters but was definitely not for families with kids as there is no provision to eat good food, rest or leave if you want to. One more thing, drop is not provided till hotel doorstep and guests are supposed to walk a short distance to their hotel way past midnight. They also do not provide any escort while dropping guests. I would definitely not go on a dinner cruise again.

Buat kami yang dari Indonesia yang merupakan negara kepulauan, tentunya hal yang biasa kita menikmati perjalanan dengan kapal laut. Sambil menikmati hidangan dan hiburan di atas kapal. Tidak ada sesuatu yang istimewa. Ini hanya memindahkan aktivitas darat ke laut. Itu saja.

Excelente experiencia, disfrutamos mucho el paisaje aunque no me gusto que nos hicieron esperar una hora ya que nos tocaba salir a las 8 pm y me lo cambiaron sin previo aviso, de ahí en fuera la experiencia valió la pena y fue una velada muy divertida

This is a must go, must do while in Istanbul. This was an amazing experience. Istanbul transforms into something else at night and it is definitely worth going on this cruise at night. Food was okay, service was great, the dance performances was beautiful. The view on the Bosphorus is truly beautiful.

Requested a table near the front for my daughter to be able to see as she has bad vision. Giray from the company was very helpful and arranged this through WhatsApp.

(+) Pros:
-Good communication from tour operator the day prior of tour.
-someone met me at my hotel and walked with me to meet the rest of the group and bus
-the dancers and entertainers were good while on boat
( - )Cons:
- food service very disorganized while on boat
- had to wait 10 minutes each time you ordered even a soda
- the fish was extremely boney and could not eat it without getting a mouthful of bones.
-entire meal was not filling as the appetizers were one spoon full of each dipping on a plate. "Salad" was just lettuce with no dressing. 4 pieces of potato. Mini baklava as dessert.
-Music was way too loud
- didn't finish until after 1130 pm and then took over an hour to get back to Fatih side due to traffic.
-And LAST BUT NOT LEAST... The bus will not drop you off at your hotel at the end as advertised. The driver randomly parked on a side street and made all passengers exit. Had no idea where we were, he didn't speak any English, and it was 1 am! As a solo female traveler walking back alone to her hotel at 1 am, this is a huge no!!!
I would not take this tour again and glad it was cheap.

Hice la reservación porque mi hotel Pullman Istanbul está del lado europeo. Pero Tourmania me dice que mi hotel no está en la lista. No quiero cancelar. Necesito ayuda. Estoy pensando que nos pudieran dejar de regreso en un hotel de lista que nos acerque al nuestro. Muchas gracias.
I made the reservation because my Pullman Istanbul hotel is on the European side. But Tourmania tells me that my hotel is not on the list. I don't want to cancel. I need help. I'm thinking they could drop us back at a listed hotel that brings us closer to ours. Thank you.

hola, yo lo contrate allí, en una agencia local. El precio fue el mismo que si lo hubiera contratado desde aquí, pero no tenia claro si tendría tiempo o estaría muy cansado ya que iba con muchas excursiones.
Lo pasamos bien, pero si quieres ver el espectáculo, te recomiendo que cenes deprisa y en cuanto termines te subas a la cubierta donde se celebre el espectáculo. Si no lo haces así, lo vas a ver desde lejos
