Very disappointed as they said they would pick us up , it was written that but no not the case , very disappointing. Evidently cancelled and found a great trip with pick up 💃🏿

If you are looking for a trouble free trip better skip Tourmania.

I was not confirmed on the departure flight until after the cancellation date. The contract clearly stated hotel pick up. Despite MULTIPLE communications with trip advisor and tourmania ( “Tour Mayhem: where Chaos leads the way”) I had to spend 60€ for transportation to IST. Also because of delay in notification I could not upgrade seat or even choose a seat. Pickup at the arrival airport was fine. Hotel cave a delight. Unfortunately our first guide was listless and poorly informed about past and present Turkey. After an entire 8 hour day I did not know the names of where I had been and information was gleaned from Rick Steves excellent guide. The balloon ride was safe and well organized and enthusiastic. It was incredibly beautiful with a panoply of colors I could never forget. On landing we resumed our tour with a better guide but less historically interesting places. We then went and spent a TOTALLY WASTED 3 HOURS at a pottery shop. Obviously expected to purchase something. We then hurried to the airport. The pictures are attached. 16/adults and 1 small child. As out thrilling ride ended at the airport 2 passengers went to summon the police. I went and waited unable to upgrade my seat. I was puzzled by the 5 star review. On the excursions I realized I was with inexperienced travelers who thought it a great tour. If you have experience abroad you realize you pay for service. And Tour Mayhem did not deliver.

Cappadocia ballon experience with Atmosphere ballon

Must to do activity in Cappadocia. I was skeptical as I had my 7 yr old daughter with me but it was safe, well planned and the ride went perfectly well. The flight was smooth, our pilot was an ace, exactly knew when to incline and decline. Pickup was on time and well coordinated .Overall, it was a 5 star experience.

Tour with hot ballon.

Red, green tour along with hot ballon experience is a must here. Go with them is right decision. Very professional and detail guide!

Communication and contact experience

We had booked a balloon trip but unfortunately our airline ticket was canceled and we weren't able to get there on time. We needed to cancel our balloons and the contact with the organizers was amazing! They were super nice and they helped us cancel our reservation even though they didn't have to. It saved us a lot of stress. We highly recommend them and hopefully in the future we will be able to use their services fully!

Great communication experience!

I booked a baloon trip in Capadocia. The first of all I would like to mention a very Good comunication way with organiser. Unfortunatelly gew hours before departure our flight by Turkish Airlines from Istanbul to Capadocia has been cancelled, and we couldn’t appear on our trip. Organiser was very nice, helped us to make a cancellation and get refound, even if we resigned quicker than 24h before trip. Hopefully in a future we will be more lucky, and we will be able to make out baloon trip again.

Great experience. Flight from/to Cappadocia with Turkish Airlines. Transportation and service in Cappadocia was great. I had a later flight just as the sun was rising. But if you want to fly when it's earlier be sure to book earlier. I recommend this trip %100

Amazing 2 days in Cappadocia

This was a tour we chose only a few days before we arrived in Istanbul from where we started the tour. The meeting with guide was on time. He organised all the tours to all the sites very well, with enough time everywhere. He also organised the balloon trip for us, which was the highlight of our tour in Turkey. The mini-coach which transported us was reasonable, and with enough stops it did not feel like a long journey. The driver, Mustapha, was very competent, and we did not feel any risk. All in all, a very good 2-day tour. We felt somewhat tired at the end, but not exhausted. Well worth it for the experience.
