It was a good decision to purchase the E-pass, we boughta 5 day pass. We were very lucky to encounter same guide for 3 of our guided tours, so we had a familiar feeling on tours.
Thank you for your services, the guided tours were really good and informative. Special mentioned to your guide, who was well knowledgeable, polite, and interesting throughout the tour.
The Bursa trip was well carried on by the rour operator assigned by E-pass, The guide was well engaging with all participants and made the trip lively. We extremely enjoyed the trip. The weather was very pleasant and we never expected to see so much of snow in November. The excitement was, it was our first time experncing the snow. The package was worth for money option was available under E-pass, it includes transport both ways, one way ferry ride, one way cable car ride, lunch and guide services. Bosphorus dinner cruise was good, but a bit of a drag at the end the food served was OK.

It was great, we really liked Istanbul and all tours were great and fun. I will definitely recommend E-pass to everyone i know since its probably best value for money and you get to see a lot. Guides were also really good so + for all of them, forgot their names but never mind. All in all really nice trip and looking forward to come back!

Worst service ever! The guides give you a 5-minute summary explanation from outside. They have very few hours and for booking with the epass you do not have an audio guide included in the price of the attractions. We spent more with the e pass and calculating the meeting time with the various guides we did not have time to see everything we had planned. A disappointment. I asked for customer service support on this but they did not help me

As travelling solo it was helping me a lots , the tour it was amazing and vert afdorable price and was make my travel easy than ever , if im back to turkey i will definately use this service again

The EPass was great! My sister and i visited Istanbul and used the 3 day EPass. We were able to see most of the attractions without waiting in line. The tour guides were amazing too!

It was the best idea to get that e pass for Istanbul. You will have less struggle to do or organize tours for sightseeings. And you have to use it for a delight shopping at Hafize Sultan nearby Gülhane tram station.

I am thinking to buy the e-pass for my trip to Istanbul in September. I have many doubts with the activities included.
If I would like to visit Santa Sohia, the entrance is included?
I have the same doubts with the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace.

Hola, mi pareja y yo estamos planteandonos comprar la estambul e-pass, lo que ocurre es que no sabemos si incluye opcion de audioguia en español, porque hemos visto que todas las visitas guiadas son en ingles, y no tenemos ese nivel de ingles, por lo que no sabemos si merece la pena comprar el pase solo para el ahorro de la entrada y evitar colas. Gracias.

I am not sure about one day pass. I had three day pass. So I could visit the places that I wanted to. However, you just cannot go to all places that are listed in just three days. Because it takes time to go from one place to another. Also, the guided tours are not that great. But all in all, this pass is worth the money.
