After meeting up in front of a bookstore we were solely introduced to Beyoğlu. The stories, explanations and tips continued along the breakfast which had everything a local Turkish breakfast would have in top quality. It was hard to keep track of time and we didn’t understand how it was over so quickly. We managed to have breakfast, see some of Beyoğlu, have Turkish coffee, see more of Beyoğlu and top it of with Turkish desserts in almost 3 hours. Well planned and well managed.

So much food

We only thought of trying a authentic breakfast when we booked the tour but it was so much more than just a meal. We have explored many passages and tried many food and drinks. Overall lovely and unexpected morning.

Discovery Beyoğlu

You get to try many different types of cultural dishes while you discover some hidden areas that I haven’t came across during my research about the places we should have seen. It was very interesting to explore these spots with local hosts who don’t only show you what’s included in the agenda but give you many tips and help you with any problems you have. They helped us get the local transportation card which was a huge relief for the rest of our trip- don’t really like getting scammed by taxis.
