Sergio was an impeccable guide for our Ephesus tour! The van and tour were extremely comfortable. We received a very detailed history of Ephesus plus visited the House of Virgin Mary and the Temple of Artemis. Sergio’s depth of knowledge was truly impressive - one of the best tours I’ve ever been on.

Abbiamo prenotato in 4 un tour privato il 25 agosto. Eravamo a Selcuk e volevamo vedere il massimo. Auto ed autista perfetti molto confortevoli. La nostra guida (Alì) ci è piaciuta molto, molto professionale senza essere troppo pesante ci ha accompagnato nei vari siti visitati descrivendone le particolarità storiche ed archeologiche. Le rovine di Efeso da sole sarebbero valse la visita, ma abbiamo scoperto cose egregie anche nella Basilica di San Giovanni e nell moschea Isa Bey. Consiglio di affidarsi a loro, io lo rifarei, anche se non do il massimo dei voti a causa del prezzo, che mi sembra alto per quella zona della Turchia (probabilmente ciò è dovuto all'affluenza delle navi da crociera).

After reading so many bad reviews of unreliable and charlatan tour operators, I was a little nervous about embarking on booking an organised tour. But as my 86-year old mom and I only had 8 hours to explore Ephesus, I needed some help.
How fortunate it was to have found Elif from Ephesus Tours! He communicated promptly and professionally and then organised a private driver and provided us with such a knowledgeable guide in the form Isik. She really made history come alive and put many of the sites in perspective in relation to the times they were built and used. She adapted the pace to the heat and our energy levels, ending the tour in the wonderfully renovated (and cool!) Ephesus Museum.
As we had so little time to see so much, we did not want to waste any moment shopping and this was respected.
Thank you Isik, Elif and the very patient driver, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, for helping create such special memories of Ephesus.

We were so lucky to have Elif as our guide and it was perfect eight hours in Ephesus. My wife and I took a day trip to Ephesus from Istanbul and arrived in Izmir around 8:30 am. He was an absolute delight, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the historical sites that we saw, he knew how to navigate us through the various sites and crowd with ease. As the day progressed he always brought new suggestions and tended to us very well. We had a delightful home cooked lunch with him and a wonderful tour of Turkish rug school. His English was good and he had a delightful sense of humor while explaining personal life experiences in Turkey. This was our first time having a private tour in a foreign country, and I could say my wife and I had a great time.

Initially our concern was if we would be able to see all the highlights that were important to us on our one day in Ephesus.
To begin our flight arrived late, but our tour guide (MEHMET) was texting us to determine where we were. Despite the late start, he initially took the time to see what our goals and objectives of the day were. He ensured that everything that we wanted to see could (and was) fit into the full day.
While part of any guides role is to provide information, Mehmet clearly demonstrated an authentic pride in his country, its rich history, and the places he was able to share with us. It was not simply educational, but a personal perspective as well. His gracious and friendly manner was evident the entire tour
One of our measurements of a great tour or restaurant is always....would we pay to see this or eat here again. Without a doubt - the answer to the tour and the staff would be a fully endorsed YES!!!
