Michael has been an absolute highlight of our trip to Palestine! We really enjoyed his insights and can vouch for his fantastic knowledge and facts about religious and historical sights. He did everything to go above and beyond our expectations and did customise the tour a bit to accommodate our needs better. Michael‘s tour was worth every penny, and we look forward to booking another tour with him on our next visit. Thank you so much, Michael!

Michael was very responsive from the beginning stages of planning til even after the tour. I wanted to hire a local private guide and his name was highly recommended everywhere I looked so I contacted him through whatsapp and planned a customized tour for myself and my family.
With the current political situation and the bad press about going to West Bank, we were a bit nervous til the day of the tour but Michael kept in touch and made us feel safe and assured that he was there every step of the way.
We took a bus from Damascus gate to Checkpoint 300 by ourselves. Crossing the border to Palestine was an easy walk through. No checks. No nothing. And Michael was there to meet us on the other side of the border.
The vehicle was clean and comfortable and the whole tour was well planned. We had enough time to enjoy every place we went to and didn’t feel rushed. Michael was very informative about the different places we went to and also explained to us the history of the land and the current political situation and the daily struggles of life in Palestine. We felt safe in the West Bank and my nervousness was replaced with empathy for the people whose lives are highly restricted because of this conflict.
Overall, I highly recommend Michael Tours and we are looking forward to see him again if ever we go back to see more of the area. I will also recommend him to family and friends who are planning a trip to the Holy Land.

I highly recommend this tour with Michael, it worth every penny. His explanations about the different sites were very clear and interesting. Easy to communicate with him and he was very friendly.

Another fantastic tour with Michael. This time I took my family to Israel and introduced Michael to them. They all appreciated him, all they can say about Michael is...he is really good, really honest, and really cares about his clients. Not only does he know what he does, he treats you with respect and treats you like family. His always on time, exerts extra effort to make our trip memorable. He knows everybody in Bethlehem and the West Bank which only proves he is really good with people. He took us and showed us his beautiful country, too different from what the western media portays. His contry is full of good people, he took us to different projects going on in his country and we truly admired the craftmanship of the Palestinian people. The best guide ever and I cannot forget Shadi Antar our cool driver. Very respectful, protective at times. We call him Joaquin Phoenix, he toured Joaquin Phoenix while he was in Israel.

Admittedly, my knowledge of the Palestinian territories was limited prior to arriving in Jerusalem - that changed after our day tour with Michael. His breadth of knowledge and passion about distant and recent history, from the ancient history of Jericho to the current cultural climate, left me with a solid foundation to build more of my own understanding on through research that I am excited to do following this exceptional tour.

We had an excellent day with Michael not only seeing the important heritage sites on the trip but learning much more about the “Wall”, the ongoing conflict with Israeli governance in the West Bank, meeting local people and getting a glimpse behind the scenes in Palestine. We enjoyed an excellent tour with Michael. The whole family were kept entertained by Michael who was well informed, flexible and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We left feeling we had a great insight into the region. A really marvellous tour.

My father and I had an all day private tour with Michael on May 11th and it was one of the highlights of our trip to the region! Michael is a fantastic and knowledgeable guide who not only showed us the sites but gave us a great historical, geographical, and political explanation of the area throughout history. He was happy to answer any and all questions we had and amended the itinerary at a moments notice when a topic came up in conversation to accommodate our interests. He brought us to a local restaurant where I had the absolute best falafel I've ever had. I would highly recommend hiring Michael as your guide you will not be disappointed!
