Terrible experience
大家到耶路撒冷千萬不要在Jaffa gate的tourist info.旁的tickets office買tour！向他們買了bein harim tours的Jerusalem-old And new行程,表定73美金，有車接送,他們收了我70美金,隔天在約定時間在約定的飯店前,他們沒有出現,預約單上寫有時因爲車況會遲到20分鐘,所以我等了30分鐘打給bein Harim 公司,他們藉故說因爲沒看到你就走了.後來請bh退錢,卻與ticket office的員工推來推去,而且ticket office的員工非常沒禮貌,甚至叫我滾回去,不要再來以色列。找了警察去跟他們談,依舊不退費.警察跟tourist info的人都說這樣非常常見.希望不要有人跟我ㄧ樣被騙錢

Estuvimos más tiempo en Masada que en el Mar Muerto. Nos bajaron a comer en un shopping en el que al final del mismo habia un restaurant muy mal organizado, carísimo y de calidad mejorable. estuvimos una hora alli y en el Mar Muerto, una hora y cuarto. No dio tiempo ni a tomar algo ni comprar nada donde nosotros queríamos.

Wunderschöne Tour mit einem hervorragenden Guide

Trotz der großen Hitze haben wir es zu keiner Zeit bereut, diese wunderbare, interessante und abwechslungsreiche Tour gebucht zu haben. Die beeindruckende Wüstenlandschaft auf dem Weg nach Masada, der Palast des Herodes und das abschließende Bad im Toten Meer waren eindrucksvolle Erlebnisse. Während der gesamten Fahrt hat uns unser ausgesprochen sympathischer Guide, Roi, sehr kenntnisreich und unterhaltsam Geschichte, Land und Leute nahe gebracht. Ein großartiger Ausflug!

I recommend this tour

The view was amazing. A lot of history on top of the mountain. The cable car was fast.
The Dead Sea was good. You have 1.5 hours there, wish it was longer. You go in for 20 minutes than have to wait 20 minutes to go back in. You cant’t swim at the Dead Sea, you can only float on your back.
The tour company was excellent.
They take you to a restaurant buffet. We did’t eat we brought snacks. We did buy the frozen coffee it was good. You don’t have to wait in the buffet line for the coffee. You can avoid the line and go in the middle row that’s marked restrooms.
The first stop was a a warehouse that makes Dead Sea products. We didn’t buy anything but if you give them your email address they give you a free sample. Definitely wear shorts. It’s hot and top of a mountain and at the Dead Sea. The bus has cold bottle water for $1

Great Day Tour from Jerusalem

I completely enjoyed this trip to Masada and the Dead Sea. We had a knowledgeable guide, Daniel, and I was able to see and learn more about the history and culture of that area.

The Best Guide and Experience for One Day Tour

I had the good fortune of having Norbert as my tour guide for two full-day tours, the first day to Jerusalem and the second day to the Dead Sea and Masada. Norbert’s infectious personality, knowledge, and sense of humor made the tours enjoyable and an enormous learning experience. Let’s face it, many tour guides are knowledgeable but they overload you with information which lessens the experience. Not Norbert! He provided the appropriate amount of context before we approached a new historic site, and then provided detail as we moved along the tour. Always engaging and providing simple explanations through storytelling. He truly cared about everyone being comfortable, had what they needed and expectations were met. And, he conducted the entire tour in English and French!

We went on this Bein Harim tour our tour leader was a great guy Dan Porges. He was very knowledgeable and a fun guy who made the whole tour interesting. It a whole day tour and was quite hard work but worth the effort we had plenty of time at both places . Good value
