          Terrible experience
          大家到耶路撒冷千萬不要在Jaffa gate的tourist info.旁的tickets office買tour！向他們買了bein harim tours的Jerusalem-old And new行程,表定73美金，有車接送,他們收了我70美金,隔天在約定時間在約定的飯店前,他們沒有出現,預約單上寫有時因爲車況會遲到20分鐘,所以我等了30分鐘打給bein Harim 公司,他們藉故說因爲沒看到你就走了.後來請bh退錢,卻與ticket office的員工推來推去,而且ticket office的員工非常沒禮貌,甚至叫我滾回去,不要再來以色列。找了警察去跟他們談,依舊不退費.警察跟tourist info的人都說這樣非常常見.希望不要有人跟我ㄧ樣被騙錢

        Trip operator cancelled last minute and was not helpful

        This trip was cancelled haphazardly at the last minute, and the trip operator was not helpful. As such, we did not get to experience this trip. Getting 1 star because 0 stars was not an option.

        Good tour with a knowledgeable guide

        I it is impossible to spend as much time in a site as you would like to when you only have a couple of days to hit the highlights. Dan Porges did an excellent job of knowing this and using every available minute tobring to life the Old and New Testaments accounts of these areas.

        The coach was comfort able, the agenda was well planned out and adhered to.

        My only complaint was the number of shops that always seemed present. However, I never felt pressured to purchase anything. I know some people enjoy that but it is a waste of time for me.

        If you take this opportunity our with Dan you will learn much and have a delightful time.

        It was an organized and well-explained tour. Dan has excellent knowledge of every place he took us. He always refers to bible scriptures, which I am familiar with. It helps us understand from the beginning Hashem's plans for humankind.
        Thank you, Dan and the Driver who tooks us every where safely.

        I did both of the above mentioned tours with Guide Dan Porgese. I really enjoyed both tours and found Dan to be very friendly, informative and entertaining. As well he continuously showed care and compassion for all the guests and looked out for our safety at all times. I would definitely use your services again and recommend.

        Great tour, our guide Dan was a wonderful person. He showed us several places where Christ was in Galilee he described other biblical and historical events. I have renewed my baptism at our last stop on Baptismal site in the Jordan river, everything was perfect.

        Tours organised by your business were really good. Clean busses, everything on time and no nasty surprises. And excellent guides. Particularly Dorit Epstein was exceptional during our trip to Nazareth – she is not only very knowledgeable and friendly, but more importantly, she gives very clear and easy to follow instructions, always considered our needs before we even notice them, and had a very good control over the group which enabled everything to run smoothly. We’d like to thank her again for the great time we had in Israel.

        Magnificent and unique

        Fantastic day

        Such a lovely day, full of fascinating information and beautiful sites.

        Our guide, Daniel, was a great source of information, patient, laid back and entertaining -- I learned a lot about the subtleties between traditional and historical accounts of the sites. He had a lot of great stories that brought the sites to life and provided insights into life in Israel today as well as in the past.

        Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the lunch at Deganya Bet.

        My only regret is that in the heat (it was the hottest day of the summer) and my leaving the tour early, I forgot to tip our guide - he deserved one.
