Dear Missy most disturbing to read what you report.Why woyld tge guide not have dropped you off at the Dead Sea shore.if you say you were informed he would.Were you asked if you were interested in visiting Massada too,an option that does,exist! Massada is NO tourist trap. Lunch at the shore resort is indeed numerous,shops and snackbars etc.None of which you are coersced in to purchasing. hopefully you will write an email.to customer service so your can be investigated more fully and the guide held accountable,for what you write.

Dear customer, I have read your review carefully and I can only regret the fact you didn't contact us prior posting your review so we can conduct a clarification of the matter and if necessary, compensate you accordingly. I have to say I am quite shocked from what you wrote in your review. This behavior is intolerable and something we would like to investigate further. Know that, your experience does not represent our usual level of service at all! However, I want to address the point you raise here- In a group tour the same as the one you booked, the pickup time are flexible and can be affected by traffic and number of participants. Our system is based to efficiently avoid traffic delays and prolonged bus rides for tourists once collected. Thus we divide our pick up and drop off routes. The pick-up is not part of the tour, we consider the time the pick-up takes in addition to the time the tour itself should take. Furthermore, the pickup and drop off service is complimentary, and one has the choice whether to use it or meet us in the meeting point at time of departure. In the past year many sinkholes discovered around the Dead-Sea area led to changes in access routes to the main beaches. As a result, our clients enjoy the comfortable Ein-Gedi beach, for all the facilities it has to offer. However, when the roads to Ein Gedi beach are blocked, we divert our clients to other beaches accordingly. I am sorry it didn't match your expectations. Know that we value your input as we continue to strive to provide quality service that meets client expectation.
