We had the best experience with Eric!! We got to learn a lot about all the history of beautiful Jerusalem! 100% recommended, best way to understand most of the emblematic places in this amazing city.

Did two private tours with Bein Harim Tours. A one day tour of old Jerusalem and Bethlehem and also a one day tour to Masada and the Dead Sea. Both with Gil as our tour guide who was excellent. The private tour was well worth the money versus being on a bus tour with lots of other people. Would definitely recommend this tour company

Eric was great! Very energetic, informative, and engaging!
He took time to get to know what we liked and were interested in and beares to the tour towards that.
We weren’t hurried or rushed and had plenty of time for explanations, discussions, and photography… and we covered alot of ground!!
Definitely recommended!!

wow! not only was the tour customizable but Eric is incredibly knowledgeable and good with engaging with his group. A private tour can be expensive but the value is unquestionably better with an amazing guide like Eric

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour(s) with Bein Harim Tourism Services, and we LOVED our brilliant, cheerful, and informative guide, Udi who was simply marvelous. (We ended up booking 4 tours with him!) Udi made our trip, and you won't forget him!

Private tour of old Jerusalem with Rom Nachman was amazing start to getting to know more about Israel. Rom knows so much not only about the history of the city and country and shares it with a great insight both from historical, political and geographical prespective. And shares some jokes inbetween;) This tour to Jerusalem definitely made me want to see more of Israel and reccomend it to everybody.

Wow what a day! We thoroughly enjoyed visiting the old city of Jerusalem. There is simply an incredible amount to see - within 10 minutes of each other, you can see the Jewish, Arabic, Christian, and Armenian quarters of the city, and each are fascinating and unique. Our guide Chano Gleizer was excellent, helping to explain the vast and incredible history of Jerusalem. I highly recommend this tour.

We organized a tailored private tour for 4 people, in order to have an initial experience in Jerusalem. We had such a great time! Eliran, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend the tour and the tour operator!

So with tourist Israel we had the best and worst tour guide we have ever had in 56 countries and literally hundreds of tours.
The worst was easily Dorit. She was rude, asked for tips constantly, was blunt about the fact she was rude and blamed her nationality which was awful and disgusting, she scammed us every step of the way asking restaurants and shops “how did we today” after we had been herded in there. She held up another tour in order to do this at one stage. She also would not stop talking EVER. She at one point explain IKEA !
Yoav was the opposite. He was honest, respectful and intelligent. His information was concise, balanced and respectful and I never felt I was being scammed. Not only give him more tours. Hire him to train others in my opinion.

Thanks so much for this 5 star review of Yoav. He is worthy of such praise and is held in very higy regard on our team of guides (as the many many reviews he earns on this platform indicate)
However we view severely by what;you have shared regarding your tour guided by Dorit.
THis feedback is not as at all in keeping with her professionalism and character as we know it.we wil certainly look in to this and get her report .A little unfair to mention the Ikea !! out of context when it is part of an explanaition example to do with pronunciation and spoken word here!!and nothing else!!
We regret that this was how you came away form the tour

This was the most amazing tour I have ever experienced in my life. I was lucky to have such a wonderful guide (Zahi Shaked) on a beautiful day in the old city. His attention to detail, his knowledge, his passion for the history and his warm smile made this a tour I will never forget.
