Terrible experience
大家到耶路撒冷千萬不要在Jaffa gate的tourist info.旁的tickets office買tour！向他們買了bein harim tours的Jerusalem-old And new行程,表定73美金，有車接送,他們收了我70美金,隔天在約定時間在約定的飯店前,他們沒有出現,預約單上寫有時因爲車況會遲到20分鐘,所以我等了30分鐘打給bein Harim 公司,他們藉故說因爲沒看到你就走了.後來請bh退錢,卻與ticket office的員工推來推去,而且ticket office的員工非常沒禮貌,甚至叫我滾回去,不要再來以色列。找了警察去跟他們談,依舊不退費.警察跟tourist info的人都說這樣非常常見.希望不要有人跟我ㄧ樣被騙錢

Very professional
We were booked onto this trip today (07/10) we were picked up on time but didn't make the destinations due to the war breaking out on route to Jerusalem. We want to thank our tour guide Roy & the driver of the coach for keeping us safe whilst the rockets flew over & bombs were going off. To say they were professional is an understatement. They kept everyone calm & informed throughout.

Jerusalem and the Dead Sea from tel aviv

Me and my mum took this tour with Ben Harim our tour guide was Tomer Glick. Tomer made this tour very interactive and enjoyable. We learned a lot of history on the tour. Tomer was very approachable and happy to answer any questions we had! We would definitely do another Ben Harim tour next time we visit Israel.

Tranfer super, Mittagessen-Restaurant super, relativ grosse Gruppe, enger Zeitplan, nicht alle Fragen wurden zu 100% beantwortet, totes Meer war toll. Stopp im Souveniershop überflüssig, hätte lieber 20min Zeit bekommen, in den kleinen Shops zu shoppen

Great tour definitely recommend

Fantastic tour. Very interesting. Full day though with early start. Tour guide Itamar was fantastic, made it funny and informative without being boring. Had a great personality. Would definitely recommend this tour. Only negative for us was too much time was spent in the gift shops and not enough time at the Western Wall which was only 20 minutes plus for some reason we didn’t go under the wall which I would have liked

Also would have liked some spare time to look at the Shuk (market)

Apart from that fantastic day out!

Dead Sea was extremely hot 42 degrees but well worth a visit

Un tour completo !
El mejor tour y más completo !!!!

La primera mitad fue increíble porque conocí y recorrí Jerusalem y su historia. Cumplen con todo lo que indican, tanto que pienso volver este año y retomar este tour ! La segunda parte en el Mar Muerto también me gusto mucho, además que fue relajante.

Excellent combination
Was a great day out and really enjoyed the experience. The guide and driver were both excellent company throughout the day and made a good double act. The only thing that would have been better for me personally would have been to combine the time we have for lunch and souvenirs and make that free time with a meeting place for after. Otherwise your choice of souvenirs and choice of food is limited. But this is the same on any other trip I been on around the world so it’s not a complaint… just prefer a teeny weeny bit more independence x

Wouldn’t recommend

Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this tour for a few reasons.

The timings of the day didn’t seem well thought out, such as lots of waiting times in Jerusalem for reasons that we were unsure of. This then ate into Dead Sea time, which on reflection probably wasn’t a bad thing. Although I’m sure the host has a lot of knowledge, I didn’t feel much of it was imparted.

They also included some very inauthentic aspects to the tour, such as… A stop off at an “Elvis” inspired petrol station, a tat shop (where they manned the door and forced you to listen to sales pitch) and the Dead Sea tour, which could only be described as a post apocalyptic Magaluf.

Overall, this ticks the boxes for a quick taste of these sights, but I’d encourage spending the bit extra for a more authentic experience.

Great tour of Jerusalem

Itamal (Nephew of Moses) was our guide. His knowledge of the religions, history & the Bible is amazing. He does a 5 star tour. Our driver Naftali (spelling??) did a great job & transported us safely.
