- Candace L0 条分享Terrible experience大家到耶路撒冷千萬不要在Jaffa gate的tourist info.旁的tickets office買tour！向他們買了bein harim tours的Jerusalem-old And new行程,表定73美金，有車接送,他們收了我70美金,隔天在約定時間在約定的飯店前,他們沒有出現,預約單上寫有時因爲車況會遲到20分鐘,所以我等了30分鐘打給bein Harim 公司,他們藉故說因爲沒看到你就走了.後來請bh退錢,卻與ticket office的員工推來推去,而且ticket office的員工非常沒禮貌,甚至叫我滾回去,不要再來以色列。找了警察去跟他們談,依舊不退費.警察跟tourist info的人都說這樣非常常見.希望不要有人跟我ㄧ樣被騙錢撰写日期：2018年1月1日

Very interesting tour. Visiting the best spots in old Jerusalem. The guide, Yoav, who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly with a great sense of humor made this a great experience for all participants.

A well organized trip, the guide (Frank) is knowledgeable and friendly. Did his best to fulfill the programme by communicating with the driver and other guides on what turned out to be a very busy day with respect to the crowds. The only thing I’d say is we could have a bit more time at the Holy Sepulchre, as the queues were really long, but I guess it wasn’t easy to predict.

44 people in group, 90% time could not hear guide sue to number of people in between. Stories 30% of the time didn’t relate to Israel at all
. Learned more about China than Jerusalem. Most stops felt “commercial “ more than holy (and visit was on Sabbath)
Often stories trailed off into nowhere. Wine drinkers in southern Europe, beer drinkers in north because…. The Easter Europeans were orthodox and western pagan gentiles with days of week named after them.
I’m sure this tied somehow to the holy land we were visiting but not only were the facts incoherently put together I have no idea how these related to the places we visited

Most regretful to read that this was the nature of your experience traveling with one of our guides. Unfortunately you have not mentioned the date of your travel so we can follow up and hold our guide accountable for what you mention here. This certainly does not sound like the level or content of commentary that needs to be provided. by any of our guides..

We had a wonderful time during our tour in Jerusal. Udi was an amazing tour guide. He provide a lot of information and provide also the historical frameworks of the place we visited. I will be very happy to have the opportunity to have again Udi as our guide!

It was a pleasant day trip from Jerusalem to Dead Sea with our guide Yoav Malachi, who is a funny and knowledgeable guy. We were able to take beautiful pictures of the stunning view of Jerusalem, and enjoyed our trip with Yoav's jokes all along the road.

We hebben een groot aantal belangrijke bezienswaardigheden gezien (klaagmuur, Yad Vashem), maar aantal ook niet (grote moskee). De groep was klein en er waren goede gidsen. De lunch die we kregen (maar zelf moesten betalen) was beneden niveau. Je zou je hebben kunnen voorstellen, dat voor de prijs die wij betaalden $ 200 (met zijn tweeën) iets meer geboden zou zijn wat dat betreft

Thanks for sharing your satisfaction with our tour and guide. Pity you did not mention the guide's name for him to get the credit of his efforts.
We are not able to fit everything in, and the access to the Temple Mt, is limited, (our guides cannot access therefore it is not on our itinerary.) There are many many locations we are unable to fit in. That is left for one to do in their own time.
Lunch is hardly ever included in the price on any tours.
Travelers surely have different tastes and needsThis restaurant caters for tour groups
.It has hardly ever been successful to allow travelers to go off on their own in search of lunch, they get lost in the Old CIty and cause delays to the tour schedule. It is a simple logistic in the best of the group's interest.
Glad though to read you were generally satisfied with our service.

Am 24. Januar 2020 hat uns Danny Binshtok eindrücklich in Jerusalem herumgeführt. Danny hat ein sehr grosses Wissen und konnte uns die religiösen Zusammenhänge der Stadt sehr gut näher bringen. Man spürte, dass ihm seine Gruppe sehr am Herzen lag und er änderte zuweilen seine Route, um uns noch bessere Fotos der Stadt zu ermöglichen (es regnete den ganzen Tag und als die Sonne einmal schien, konnten wir wunderschöne Fotos machen). Wir starteten von Tel-Aviv aus und wurden wieder direkt vor unser Hotel gebracht. Jerusalem war unsere erste Tour mit Bein Harim. Weil diese erste Tour so gut war, buchten wir in der Folge drei weitere Ausflüge, welche ebenfalls von sehr guten Guides geführt und auch sehr eindrücklich waren.

I was able to squeeze in a day tour of the old city while in country for business. Yoav was generous, witty and very knowledgeable about the local history, both old and new. I was very happy with his guidance.

Fridays and Saturdays only available, due to the Sabeth but is there anything that is missed off the tour and why else are these days not popular?

This tour is certainly popular!The location not visited is the Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial in the west side fo the city, that is Sabbath observant, but, the Old City is totally open and bustling and we replace the museum visit with other signifcant sights, as listed.
