Our tour of Madaba and Mount Nebo was excellent! Our guide, Hasan Mahmoud, was the best and most knowledgeable guide we had on our visit to Jordan. If I had known about Hasan I would have booked all of my tours through his company and specified that he be our guide.
Not only did he introduce us to the historical and archaeological sites, but he explained the significance of the sites for the time that they were built and also the role that they played through key times in history.
One very important thing for me is that Hasan’s English is perfect. The best of any guide we experienced! That enabled me to hear him clearly while riding in the car as well as at the sites we visited.
While we were on our tour, Hasan told us about the history and culture of modern Jordan, which really helped us appreciate the land and people around us! For lunch he took us to a restaurant where he was known because he and his family eat there.
An added plus: Hasan drives a brand new air-conditioned car!
