Jordan Direct (same firm as Jordan Select) arranged a fantastic experience for us. From the meet and greet at the airport that whisked us through immigration and security, to a personal driver that stayed with us on the whole trip. All arrangements were made as planned with top quality hotels. Our 11 day trip started in Amman, with visits to the Citadel and historic downtown sites, including the car museum, street markets and ampitheatre. The next day we went to Jerash and Ajloun. Then to Mt. Nebo and Madaba as we headed south to Petra. 2 days there, then into Wadi Rum for the night. Then to Aqaba for 2 nights where we snorkeled in the Red Sea. Then to the Dead Sea for a few nights, before a last night in Amman pre-flight home. Having a private driver, with guides at various sites, was far preferable to the tour groups we saw everywhere as we could come and go when ready and adjust our itinerary as needed. The accomodations Jordan Direct (contact Miss Shireen Salem) made for us were excellent. The driver/guide, Ahmed, was fantastic. We really enjoyed Aqaba - the hotel Al Manara was fabulous. Petra met expectations - and the 2 day stay there allowed us to really explore it. The night in the desert at the bedouin camp Palmera in a domed observation 'tent' was also a highlight. Jordan is an easier country to travel in than Egypt. Very safe, friendly people, clean and organized. Any western traveller will feel very comfortable here.

Jordan Tours organized a wonderful private tour to Petra Jerash aqba Iraq i Amir, Salt, and Amman. The natural beauty, warm people, and amazing historical sites were mrmrable and amazing. This was one of our best private yours we have takem. The good was also very hood.

I chose to go for a private tour as i was travelling solo and i knew that no group tour company had an itinerary that went even close to doing what i wanted to do without rushing or compromise.
I was lucky i found Jordan Direct tours, who helped me put together the perfect itinerary for my short stay of 5 days in Jordan that helped me tick all of the bucket-list items i had plus so much more.
My tour consultant Esra’s communication when helping me put together my itinerary was prompt and attentive, answering all of my questions with so many emails back and forth, and was super-flexible with swapping and changing some existing itineraries and accommodation choices until i had a perfect itinerary to suit my short stay and high expectations on what i could fit into such a short amount of time.
From the moment i landed in Jordan, i knew i had made a great decision, as i had a representative meet me there to do all my paperwork and visas for me.
My private tour of Jordan began with my personal driver/chauffeur taking me around Amman in a very comfortable sedan to do some of the cities main attractions like the Citadel and the Roman Ampitheatre before heading back to a very nice motel to end the day.
My driver Wesam was very professional in every way, and as much as i knew i was a client, Wesam made you feel more like a friend. He would meet me exactly at the time organised each morning, and as we moved onto the next adventure he not only explained what we were doing or where we were going, he would also give me options on how the day could play out. When i really liked a place and wanted to spend a little bit more time there, Wesam helped tweak the timing of the day to allow me to do so without throwing the itinerary into chaos.
The accommodations that Esra organised for me were next level, especially the Martian tents” at Wadi Rum and The Hilton at the Dead Sea.
In my short stay i was lucky enough to go to Jerash, Little Petra, Petra and Petra by Night, Wadi Rum, and the Dead Sea plus many of the religious sites in Jordan, an itinerary i was told that was not possible by so many other travel agencies and companies, yet everything went like clockwork and never felt rushed.
So if you are travelling solo like me or with a couple of friends or family, i can totally recommend Jordan direct tours to customise your dream Jordan itinerary as well- i would gave had regrets if i went with anyone else.

Great day out my driver Wa’ad was great and pointed things on the drive to each place. He also recommended good restrooms and organised a fab guide when we go tto Jerash, Husni, who was clearly well versed in the history of the site. A great day out.

We used Jordan Direct Tours for an 11 day trip. They booked all our Hotels, ground transportation and tour guides at various locations thru out Jordan. From the time we landed until we departed Jordan everything went off with out a hitch or hiccup. Communication was excellent making sure we saw what was important to us. I would use them again and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Our driver was great - friendly, informative and helpful. He arranged for a private guide when we arrived at Jerash, and that tour was also very good. The view at Ajlun was wonderful. There were only a few items on display at Ajlun; otherwise the castle is just bare stone walls. I do recommend this tour.

I have only the highest praise for Jordan Direct Tours. The turnaround time on the booking emails was timely and the travel advisor helpful and informative. The private guides booked in Amman, Jerash and Petra were knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The accommodation booked in Amman, Petra and Wadi Rum was excellent. Best of all was our driver, Haytham Hnouty, who took care of us for 4 days. He is professional and a lovely individual. We could sit back and relax while Haytham ensured we arrived at our destinations and all other matters, including the guides, were organized. I highly recommend Jordan Direct Tours and Haytham.

I spent 7 days 6 nights with my family in jordan. Trip was planned really well. We went from top to bottom of jordan. Communication with the tour consultant went very smoothly while on holiday. She helped when change needed to be done. Good driver and minivan. He got out of his way to help. The only thing that everyone needs to take in consideration is that everywhere you go tips are requested at a certain amount when you use the service of stuff ( such as horse rides, guides etc ) you are suppose to have paid for.

We had an excellent and exciting trip to Jordan seeing all the major attractions over an intensive 5 day period. Jordan direct offered a seamless professional service form landing in Amman with swift passport and custom clearance followed by a professional, knowledgeable, punctual and very pleasant driver Mohammad Salameh. The accommodation offered was truly 5 star for the most part and excellent value for money. We look forward to doing a similar trip again now focusing more on perhaps Wadi Ram which was truly spectacular.

This amazing tour included the Dead Sea, Baptism Site/ Madaba/ Mount Nebo, Petra, Wadi Rum, snorkeling in Aqaba, and visits to Amman and Jerash. Miss Nairooz organized the full trip, was very professional, and paid attention to detail. Ibrahem was the best driver, kept everything on schedule with laughs along the way. The private tour was more than I expected. I can’t wait to return to Jordan again soon. Highly recommend Jordan Direct for tours of Jordan!!
