From start to finish of our Jordan Tour our Guide Oqba was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. Oqua took us to places off the beaten tourist route in addition to our tour. He was delightful. We enjoyed Wadi Rum, Petra by Night and Day. Also Jerash and Amman. We learned a lot from Oqba about the history and culture of Jordan. He shared many insights one does not ordinarily hear about on tour. The car was very comfortable and clean. Oqba provided water and other items to ensure our comfort. I highly recommend this company and especially Oqua if you are going to Jordan. The price was very reasonable and the services 5 stars

This was my first time to the Middle East and Petra night tours took fantastic care of me and my wife. We were greeted at the airport by our wonderful driver Oqba. He made sure our luggage was secured and took us to our first of many sites on the trip.
Day 1 we went to the citadel and the local markets in Amman. Oqba made sure all our guides were great and very knowledgeable. Once in the market, he took us around and samples the delicious local produce.
Day 2 we went to Aqaba. Oqba set up a great snorkeling experience and took many wonderful pictures of me and my wife.
Day 3 was Wadi Rum. We were taken to the visitor center and met our local guide for the day. We ended the tour with a stay at luxury camp where we could see the stars perfectly.
Day 4 we met up with Oqba and he took us to the Lawerence of Arabia train car and on to Petra. While in Petra, we were greeted by a terrific tour guide and who explained all the sites. Once we left the Petra site, Oqba told us some great food recommendations.
Day 5 we went to the Dead Sea. Oqba made all the arrangements and we were floating in the water in no time. More great pictures were taken by Oqba he explained to us about the mud you put on your body.
This whole trip was amazing but we couldn’t have done it with out Oqba. Not only was he our driver and guide the 5 days he became and friend and part of the family.

My mom and I found Petra Night Tours through Bookmundi and booked a 4/5 day private tour of Jordan and a 1/2 day private tour of Israel. Petra Night Tours handled all of the booking for us and were very responsive and flexible in switching out hotels, activities and timing per our request. They handled everything for us, and all we had to do was show up at the Queen Alia airport! We felt very safe throughout the whole trip - everyone was welcoming, especially in Jordan as the country’s primary economic revenue is through tourism.
Our Jordan driver, Tayseer, was phenomenal and had amazing English. He even taught us some Arabic! He had wifi in the car, cold water and A/C waiting for us whenever we’d come back, and provided us with a local cell phone so we could contact him when needed. He coordinated with all of our local hotels and guides to make sure we were all set and that they’d take good care of us. We are vegetarian, and he’d call ahead to make sure the local restaurants or hotels could accommodate our diet. Tayseer also helped us out in a sticky situation where we lost a phone and he coordinated with local security and guides to help us find the phone and drove extra to get our phone back.
If you’re booking a tour in Jordan, I’d highly recommend requesting to have Tayseer be your driver! He really made our journey fantastic.
We stayed at the Holiday Inn at the Dead Sea and had a very relaxing time there! Their spa is small but good, so if you’re interested in a treatment, I’d recommend either calling ahead or asking Petra Night Tours to help book an appointment.
We did the Petra by Night experience (definitely worth it if you can arrange your itinerary) and Petra the next daytime. Basel was our guide in Petra and he taught us a lot about the Nabateans and also took great pictures of us. I’d recommend bringing about ~25 JD per person in cash if you think you might use the golf cart or horses / mules as it can get very hot in the summer post-10am.
We then did a Jeep excursion in Wadi Rum with Yahya. Yahya’s English was really good, and he showed us the main highlights of the dessert. There was a natural bridge he showed us and he took me on a little impromptu scaling / climbing adventure to get to the top! Super cool experience. You could also tell he genuinely cared for the people of the desert and animals around him - when he was showing us the way the Nabateans collected water, he noticed someone had left a mule tied to a shrub in the heat and brought water from his Jeep for the animal. Truly, he had a pure heart. Please request him if you’re booking a Jeep tour in Wadi Rum (his instagram page is @wadi.rum).
We then continued to Jericho, Bethlehem, Jerusalem and Tel Aviv/Jaffa from the land crossing. We had a great time seeing all of the holy sites - definitely worth the trip. Make sure you negotiate well if you shop from the markets - even for food! There was a juice place that first quoted us 25 Shekels and then eventually said 15. But anyways, had a great time!

My husband, two teen boys and I finished an amazing trip to Jordan. We had a wonderful travel guide and driver, Mohamed Masoud. We visited Amman, Petra and the Wadi Rum Dessert over 5 days. Mohamed was with us the entire time and was excellent for our trip from the King Hussein Allenby Border to the Queen Alia International Airport.
Mohamed Masoud doesn’t need a map or GPS- he knows every turn and knows exactly where to go by memory - this is a true gift! He also knows everyone in the restaurants and hotels, and all of the locals at every stop we made. Everyone likes and respects Mohamed which made us feel safe. He communicates extremely well in English. We communicated through WhatsApp and he always quickly responded. Mohamed is punctual and flexible when we needed him to be. He coordinated with our local guide at the historic sites including the Citadel, Petra and our Bedouin Guide for our 4x4 jeep ride in desert - we had the best local guides because of him. In addition, he has a clean white van in excellent condition with strong air condition.
He is friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and an excellent driver. We highly recommend Mohamed and you will be very happy to have him with you during your Jordan trip!

Amazing tour!!! From the beginning to the end. Tayseer our driver was great. Very helpful, courteous and full of information . He went out of his way to show us around. He definitely made this trip extra special and we would highly recommend him. Our Petra and Wadi Rum tours were perfectly organised, with everything taken care of.

The trip was extremely well organized. Communication was clear and the sales team was able to tailor the tour to my experience. I went to Petra, Wadi Rum, Dead Sea, and Amman city. Every place I went to, the tour was well planned either with the driver or local guides. I was traveling by myself and Petra night tours made my trip a truly care free experience.
And shout out to my driver Oqba, who was extremely welcoming, patient, nice, helpful with all my requests, and he has very good knowledge with Jordan. I’d highly recommend him if you ever book a tour with Petra Night Tours.

Petra and Wadi Rum were the highs in our trip. We were fortunate to arrive in Petra when the night was offered. Our driver Tayseer hand delivered the tickets to us. It was amazing - the most magical walk thru a mysterious and dark canyon to arrive at The Treasury! Tayseer gave us great advice to be back at ticket office to meet our guide at dawn to escape the crowds coming later. We spent most of our day exploring Petra, climbed the 850 steps to The Monastery - out of this world. Don't be intimidated by the number of steps, stop, take in the scenery, no need to rush it, the prize at the top awaits you! Sorry to leave there and would recommend at least 3 days there to scratch the surface of the place. Wadi Rum was mind blowing, our guide Mohammad was the friendliest, happiest, most congenial person we could have had. Brought us to beautiful places, made tea for us in the middle of the desert and assisted a very nervous me to achieve a camel ride! Enjoyed the other parts of our tour but these are the lasting experiences. Now to our driver for the days we were there - Tayseer is a gentleman to the nth degree. A very friendly, polite man whose English is excellent, always on time and very flexible if we wanted a little later start. He was only a phone call away when we were off dong hikes etc. We had WIFI in his very clean safely driven car and always had a bottle of cold water ready. It felt good to have a friend by our side from the moment we landed until we departed. He was only a phone call away when we were off doing hikes etc. Can't imagine our trip without Tayseer - thank you! Would highly recommend this adventure to anyone thinking of visiting Jordan.

We did a 5 day tour of wadi rum, Petra, Jerash, Dead Sea, and Amman with lots of little stops throughout the way giving us a glimpse of the urban vs countryside culture in Jordan and an expansive view into the history of Jordan and it’s religious significance, all while enjoying beautiful views of the diverse nature and sights in Jordan. Freddy was truly an incredible guide and the experience would simply have not been the same without him, and Mohammed Masoud was prompt and a fantastic driver. Thank you so much for a great trip in Jordan!

We did a 5 day tour with Freddie and Mohammad Masoud and it was wonderful! Freddie was incredibly knowledgeable. We not only got a great sense of the History of Jordan but also a sense of the country’s modern day politics.
My favorite part definitely was Petra. We did a full day of walking around the ancient city, which is far bigger than I thought it would be (it’s not just the treasury). We rode camels, spent some time talking/drinking tea with the local Bedouin people, and rode camels to end the day. The architecture is amazing, and you’re taken back thousands of years into the past.
Mohammad and Freddie were super friendly and helpful. Not only did they gave us an incredible tour experience, but they were great companions on the trip.

We had a 4 day tour in 5 star hotels with Freddy and Mohammed Mosoud. It was a great experience for us all as we were able to learn alot about the city without the stress of planning alot.
