I booked and paid for the 1 day transport service at viator.com. The company responds promptly to e-mail messages, and as the prices quoted were reasonable, I proceeded to outline a full travel plan with them. Just when it seemed that all was set and done, I contacted them to say that payment for the other day trips would be made later, after my arrival. To my complete surprise, they requested FULL payment for all services, in advance. And even requested my credit card information.
Very sketchy business practices.
Fortunately, viator.com has a wide window for cancellations.
