A truly exceptional hotel. I have traveled a lot, and I have never felt as relaxed as I did in this hotel. Everything is wonderful, from the view to the room service and the reception – truly top-notch. God willing, we'll be back there again. May God reward you with all the best.

We first took the Madinah Ziyarats tour and we were quite satisfied with the guide and service. That's why we booked Makkah too and also satisfied with them.

Went for umrah during Ramadan. Extremely crowded but to be expected. Crowd control was very efficient and glad for the way they handle those making umrah only on the ground floor around the kabbah. Excellent experience. Can't wait to return inshallah.

From Madinah ziyarats, this ziyarat tour was more organized and the driver was on time. Also their support staff keep me updated.

I found out that this is a Pakistan (check telephone number). This has caused too many issues for us in both tour bookings in Mecca and Medina.
1) not a guide tour … the Pakistani driver speaks little Arabic or English. In fact they know very little about the sites
2) unprofessional - the drivers were not interested in us or the tour. They are sending text messages while driving !
3) late - both drivers overslept ! Both arrived 1 hour later

We have reminded our drivers about the importance of prioritizing the safety and comfort of our customers and not using their phones while driving.
Regarding the lateness of the drivers, we understand how frustrating it can be when schedules are not met, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We have taken steps to ensure that our drivers are always on time and well-prepared for tours.

Good tour and the driver came exactly on time. Guide was knowledgable but I would expect him to give us a bit more detailed explainations on the sights.
