This company phoned me when I was on my flight ready to depart. Despite providing all details days before I had to repeat everything again, all whilst being asked to turn my phone off for departure.
I was told I would have to pay extra for travelling with more than 1 suitcase; which they wanted to charge in USD. Unless specifically stated, I travel with the country’s currency, in this case AED.
On arrival I was not met and greeted, so I had to phone a number, who didn’t appear to understand me despite claiming English to be one of their languages.
Finally found a rep who ‘appeared’ then took me to the car with a driver. As soon as I got in the car the driver told me; he was told to “collect US$15 from me for my luggage”.
Considering 7-hours previously I told them I do not have any US dollars. I asked for the price in AED, the driver advised he did not know what the cost was, also HIS English was not good. He then said AED55 then said he thinks it’s AED60.
It was approximately 2am!! I just wanted to get out of the car and away from this ‘company’.
NEVER been charged for travelling with luggage!!
Unless you has US$ and travel with a hold-all, I would NOT recommend or use for my return to the airport.

Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback about our arrival transfer that you have recently joined with us. We apologize for not having met your expectation. However, we would kindly like to ask you to double-check whether your booking was indeed with Orient Tours as we will never only give our valuable guests the option to pay in USD. As you rightly say, the local currency is AED so we always give the option to our guests to pay either in AED or USD.
Apologies for our driver (if you had indeed booked with Orient Tours) not speaking English very week. All our team is multi-national and our drivers are not native English so we apologize for not being able to serve you as per your fullest satisfaction.
We would love to see you on one of our tours/safaris soon again.

Very decent service provided. Car and driver both were good with zero time wastage. Recommended for multipurpose travel.

Our driver was waiting for us right outside of customs with a sign. He helped take our luggage to the car which was clean and very nice. The drive was pleasant and professional.
