My 4.0 desert safari and I’m still impress!
Back then, the first time trying desert safari was on 2017, along the way i have tried another 2 desert safari in Dubai and still can’t move on from my first experience which I had in Abudhabi.
Desert Rose tourism was setting a high bar experience which I can’t get from the other agencies.
When my wife wanted to experience desert safari, without hesitation I recommend this, as I want her to experience the same as I was.
The camp was clean as usual, sky sight seeing was still the best even amazing when you have your loved one with you.
Ah, they have really nice place to do sand boarding.
Food, sheesa, soft drink are unlimited.
Thing to consider might be to have falcon back, as I couldn’t see the falcon at this time, and perhaps for fire dance?
Well, overall experience is still exceptional, especially our Driver Shanawaz (correct me if I’m wrong). He is helpful on assisting us to take a beautiful moment and his exceptional skill give us unforgettable moment.

I booked the Safari trip from Desert Rose for my family who came to visit from overseas. Our experience was excellent. Ms. Mary helped us book the VIP Safari trip that included pick-up / drop-off from our hotel at a great price. She was excellent in making sure all the details of our trip was confirmed and made payment options through an online link very easy. Mr. Shajeer as the driver/ guide was wonderful. He was kind and patient and made sure the Safari trip was great. Thank you to the whole team and Desert Rose they made this experience truly memorable for our family. I would highly recommend them.

Incredibly memorable experiences. Me & my hubby are impressed with the half day tour. We enjoyed a 6hour trip travelling to the Empty Quarter, first by car then by 4WD, everything was organised to the tee, camel farm, sand bashing, great desert photos taken too by our drivers, camel riding, sand dune boarding, henna painting, dressups, arabic tea & coffee was served with water bottles provided…beautiful variety of bbq meats, salads, houmus, beriayani rice…and the piece de resistance, great entertainment of belly dancing, skirt spinning dance…must do when you visit Abu Dhabi…kudos to our driver Riaz, Shejir, Subair👏👏👏 thank you

Our guide, Riaz, was awesome! He carefully explained how the entire evening would work including bathroom breaks and photo opportunities on the way to camp and during our meet up with the other groups. Along the way he told us about the areas we were passing on the way to the desert and answered all of my partners questions about the vehicles themselves. We spent a good amount of time dune bashing. I didn’t time it, but we arrived to camp just about the time I began to get bored. Once we reached camp there were set ups for short camel rides, traditional dress up, henna tattoos, quad bikes, and sand surfing. We were in camp relaxing at the perfect time to see the sunset in the desert and the food was ready shortly after sundown. The food was good, far better than I was expecting and there was a good variety of options to choose from. If you are thinking about it I say just do it, the adults had fun and so did my 5yo.

Thanks to Saad we had a wonderful time! The tour was professional and very impressive. We had time to take pictures (not too long due to the heat 🥵) but enough to have some souvenirs.
The evening was very nice too, we have eaten much better that I thought. The facilities had toilets with water. I just had problem with the heat, that is why, I would recommend an evening tour. As soon as the sun set down, the temperature goes down too. The dances were a nice surprise. Thank you to the 2 dancers 😃
A point that was negativ but has nothing to do with the tour operator: the garbage in the desert! Such a pity to go in this beautiful world and see PET bottles everywhere 😔
Except this, at the facilities, the people there looked that we put our waste in the wastbin, so its not from them but I assume from tourists who have no respect for their world.
I recommend strongly to do this tour once in a lifetime, it was very impressive!

nous étions 6 je crois dans le véhicule et les véhicules se suivent. oui c'est assez touristique c'est vrai, mais pour une demie journée ça reste très sympa. Les sensations sont assez fortes mais plaisantes. le sandboarding est aussi une activité que j'ai aimé faire. c'est vrai que les activités dans le camp de bédouin sont un peu kitsch (danse du ventre, fumer la chicha, se déguiser en arabe avec un faucon) mais se rendre dans le désert assister à un superbe coucher de soleil et dévaler les dunes pour un prix qui reste raisonnable ça le fait.
What's the difference between this trip and your trip via Getyourguide product id : 76064? Starttime of this tour is 3h30pm, duration is 6h; via Getyourguide starttime is 2h45pm, duration is 4h to 6h.
We arriive at the cruise terminal of Abu Dhabi with MSC Bellissima early in the morning, but we leave the port at 9h pm. So can you garantee us that we will be back on ship at time (before 8h30 pm) after making this half day afternoon trip with diner? Via Getyourguide you mention the package can specially be timed.

Is there an age limit on the children? I have a 3 year old that will be in our group. If she can come, do I need to buy a separate ticket for her?

Could be a bit much for a 3 year old given the length of time and the heat. You would need to contact the operators. The 4WD cars we were in were not equipped with booster seats etc. and the nights entertainment whilst very good was also very long and hot
I will be travelling into Adu Dhabi on a cruise and I am interested in booking an evening tour the night we arrive. I would like to know what is the max number of people allowed on this tour, as we are a big group? Also, can the group be picked up at the port? One last thing, we are scheduled to arrive at 4 pm, would it be possible to meet then for the tour?

So sorry for the late reply. Like the others I would contact them direct. We were picked up from the hotel we were at, but there are other places they can pick up. There were 6 of us and the driver. But about another 10 jeeps with us! We had Hafik as the driver. Email address: I can't give you the email address, but it was Desert Rose Tourism.

Once you book, a member of their booking team will be in contact with you and ask where you are staying. Then a confirmation email with pick up times from your own hotel or location you are at.
My flight departs at 10pm from Abu Dhabi airport. Will I have enough time for the tour and be back at the the hotel and go to the airport by 8pm?

Check with your tour operator but I believe the answer will be no.
From memory we left the area with the food and entertainment after 8 and remember getting to my hotel around 9.30.
If you can stay an extra night is the way to do it.
