I do not recommend, it wastes a lot of time until each person is taken and left at which attractions they bought.
They were late from the beginning, the message said between 8-8:15 and no one had picked us up even at 8:30.
Everything is on the run. 😑
When our guide on the bus announced what we were doing today, he only said visiting the mosque-1:10 min, lunch at Yas Mall-50 min (you don't even have time to run from one end to the other) and souvenirs at a store very expensive .
Nothing about the heritage village that we paid for and the guide to the mosque, we should get part of the money back!
I asked him about the two and he said that he doesn't know, that he is only a guide on the bus, that he asks the company, and that the heritage village is closed.
Insisting after a few hours, he came and said that he would stop us at the heritage village (suddenly it was no longer closed) 20 min 😡, we didn't even get to see half of it, still on the run.
We spent more than half of the time on the road picking up and dropping off people at various attractions.
Entrance to the mosque is free, but don't let the website tell you that you have to buy clothes if you don't have your legs, hands and head covered for women. For men, long pants and short sleeves if there are no visible tattoos, otherwise they must be covered.
Advice: Go alone by car, subway or something else if you want to visit something and not all on the run after seeing only 1 attraction if you don't read completely.
And we asked for a can of water, but since he doesn't have a POS and we didn't have Cash, he didn't give it to us.
Seriously water...

It's like a taxi that walks you around for hours, only it doesn't stop where you want or where it's listed on the ticket as offering!

Very informative, great guide, visit all the places you need to see on a daytrip. Pick up on time, drop off at same hotel. Great value for money. Would definitely use the booking site again.

First of all, 1 day isn't nearly enough to see and experience Dubai, this is a whirlwind tour so you just get a taste. Nevertheless, we had excellend guidance from madam Nafisa and reliable service from our driver Umair.

Pour Dubai : nous avons passés la journée du 31 décembre dans cette ville et malheureusement l’agence n’avait pas anticipé le blocage des routes qui étaient prévisibles comme partout dans le monde entier (on nous a déposé a 17h50 pour la soirée du réveillon qui ne démarrait qu’a 20h. Rien n’était Prévu pour nous en attendant).
Nous avons vu que très sommairemment les monuments : nous avons quasiment passés la journée dans la voiture. En faisant des détours & des détours.
Nous avons déjeuner qu’a 15h !
Bref, nous ne recommandons pas cet organisme pour visiter Dubaï.

I am so sorry for the inconvenience caused.
As this was on New Year so, we cannot predict the traffic because of fireworks shows in Dubai most of the roads blocked, It would be difficult to travel to Abu Dhabi from Dubai on that evening.

Que dire ??? Trop de temps assis dans le minibus, on a même pu assister au plein d'essence pour la 1ère halte, juste la visite de 2h dans le mall sympathique . Piège a touristes sois disant "Art Arabic",3ème halte.
Chauffeur aucune communication, nonchalant , j'aurais souhaitais repasser par le deuxième mall (emirates) mais pas de réponses. Ou même par le outlet mall, Dommage !

My partner and I had booked a tour with audio however we ended up with a private tour with our very own tour guide. So knowledgeable, nothing too much trouble. Our tour ended up so much more than advertised. If you want a great company with lovely drivers and guides, then Book with Gray Line.
