Luis was easy to connect with - I messaged him in What's App as the plane was getting ready to take off, and he call me immediately and was there at the exit ready to drive us to our hotel.
He was easy to find in the crowd of taxi drivers and was helpful getting us to his car and pointed out things of interest as we drove past them.
He offered suggestions for things for us to do while in Bogota.
He made us feel safe even with the Covid 19 pandemic going on around us.

Both drivers were great. I was picked up without a problem at the arrivals hall, and given the driver's name and license of the car for both arrival and return to the airport. The drivers were very friendly and helpful. I would definately use this service again if I return to Bogota.

In the last year I've used them 3 times for airport pickups. They have always been there waiting for me with a sign as I arrived. The vehicles are in top condition (I've had a sedan and a van) and the drivers very friendly. I can't recommend them enough. Great prices too! I'll be using them every time I fly into Bogota.

These guys were great! after arriving at the Bogota El Dorado airport I soon learned it was going to be a long time clearing Immigration. I contacted the operator on WhatsApp to let them know it was going to take a while to get through immigration. This is part because being a Canadian we have to pay a reciprocity Tax and have a separate line from other travelers. They only had 2 officers in the Canadian line and this process took forever. The operator of the pick told me not to worry that the driver would not leave until I was picked up. And when I finally got through two and a half hours later he was waiting for me. So two thumbs up for these guys.
