Me sentí estafada, poco profesionalismo, mucho dinero por muy mal trato. Lo único bueno fue el señor que nos recibió en el barrio.
1. Somos de habla Hispana, lo especificamos y nos pusieron en un grupo de habla anglófono.
2. El guía fue poco profesional. Fue demasiado dinero por una experiencia nefasta.
3. Quería ir al lado de mi pareja y se enfocaron en tener tantas personas en el tour que nos hicieron ir separados.
4. Poca higiene donde nos llevaron a tomar los bocadillos. Se la pasaron poniéndole la mano a perros callejeros y así mismo con las manos sucias nos dieron de comer.
Bogotá y su gente fueron geniales, hasta que tuve esta experiencia en este tour. Ojalá pudiese solicitar un reembolso.

A experiência visitando a comuna é muito semelhante a experiência de estar em uma favela brasileira. Você consegue imergir num mundo sociocultural complemente novo. É uma experiência muito rica e diferente de tudo que eu já vivi. O guia, Francisco, é muito comunicativo, nos deixou muito à vontade e nos enriqueceu com muitas informações sobre os lugares visitados.
O lanche da tarde é bem simples, é um café numa padaria local. Então, não vá para a experiência achando que vai comer algo muito requintado. Apesar de muito simples, o lanche não diminui o brilho e a riqueza do passeio.
Vale muito apena conferir.
Sugiro o horário de manhã porque é mais seguro para subir a comunidade.

This is a really fantastic tour of the social housing programme taking place in the hills above Bogota. The tour guide was excellent and well informed. The trip included a cable car to the project, a tour of the fantastic street art and views over Bogota followed by lunch in a bakery

If you’re looking for a meaningful tour, this is it. Francisco, our tour guide, not only provided insight into the transformations this area is undergoing since the cable car has opened, but he is invested in this community through his NGO work there. Although there are some similarities to comuna 13 in Medellin, El Paraiso has a different feel and vibe leaning more towards everyday life, and less towards tourism.
We were joined by a neighborhood escort, Juan, who was friendly and fun. The views at the top are spectacular, and we wandered the streets viewing the amazing wall murals. Since the arrival of the cable cars and tourism, all the streets are paved now. There is so much pride in the neighborhood, that even the streets have murals. Lastly, we stopped at a local bakery for a drink and delicious treat.
Highly recommend this tour; thank you, Francisco.

J'ai beaucoup aimé cette visite, notre guide Francisco est une personne passionnée, qui aime sa ville et qui est généreux de son temps avec les touristes, mais aussi avec sa fondation. Je me suis sentie en sécurité tout le long de la courte visite dans El paraiso et la vue d'en haut est splendide.
Petite note toutefois : nous avons pris l'autobus pour se rendre du centre ville vers le téléphérique, à l'heure de pointe et c'était archi-bondé. J'ai adoré l'expérience de le faire comme un "local" et le fait d'être accompagné d'un guide était rassurant mais pour les gens qui sont un peu agoraphobe ou germophobe, c'est à proscrire! ;)

The tour includes a beautiful view of Bogotá and history about some neighborhoods made up of migrants on the outskirts of the city, and how they’ve been integrated and supported by the City. The tour was in English, from a local guide who knows the neighborhood well. Personally I would have preferred the tour in Spanish, and an option to visit the small museum at the top of the tram car station featuring some oral histories of war and conflict.

Our tour guide, Francisco was amazing. Very very friendly and extremely patient in answering the many questions I had as my curiosity piqued soon as I hopped onto the cable car.
The tour started outside the Gold museum. The guide took us on a bus journey to the El Tunal station. From there we headed to the cable car terminal which was about 8 mins walking distance. The cable car experience was unique and quite interesting as we hovered over the residences of the south bogota community. During the ride the guide explained how and why the cable car came to be and how the govt played an instrumental role in enabling people there own those houses.
Atop El Parasio we went for a walk exploring the many murals the town had to offer and they were amazing. The view from the town facing bogota was spectacular and quite unique. We took some pictures and on our way back we were fed with fresh juices and breads/ deserts. Quite amazing indeed. This tour was the worth the money and I highly recommend.

This tour meets at the Museo de Oro. Its much more time efficient to use Uber to get around than pay the extra for the tour to pick you up.
Make sure you ask your hotel about traffic at the time of day you plan to take an uber, as Bogota traffic can be horrific.
Don't try to take public transportation by youself. While perfectly safe, its impossible to navigate.

Hola, queremos hacer la visita el sábado 21 de septiembre con mi familia. Somos 13 personas. Una de ella una persona de 80 años pero con capacidad de moverse por sí sola. Queremos hacer este tour y visitar los graffitis de la zona. Es posible? Con quien nos podemos comunicar?
