Sara was AMAZING. My lady and daughter thoroughly enjoyed her and her knowledge and energy! She was excellent with my 13 year old daughter and really introduced us to the local market and fruits in a way that really connected fruits and food with our souls and bodies.
It was a great experience! And the fruits we tasted were DELICIOUS.

Sara proved a passionate and energised guide . We met at the market entrance gates, easy . We managed to see the flower market (same site ) as well .. a bonus! We walked through the colourful and super lively fruit market and then stopped to taste and learn about a wide selection of sweet and sour fruits . So many were new to us . Also had a stop to taste coffee and epinyadas. Educational and a great insight into Colombian Christmas food preparation as we visited on 24th December . Loved it !!

Had an amazing fruit and food tour with Maria. Maria was knowledgeable and passionate about Colombian food, its histories and traditions. And of course, the food was delicious!

This was a definite highlight of our time in Bogota. Paloquemao market is a feast for the senses! Maria made navigating the market easy, taking us to the best spots to try some delicious food - empanadas, breads, juices, and fruits. Maria is super knowledgeable - we learned so much about the local fruits. She is also very passionate about sharing her love for Bogota and the diversity of fruits it has to offer.

You NEED to take this tour. It was the highlight of our whole trip to Bogota!
Maria talked passionately about the market and the food, which makes you interested in it. The food and fruit that we got to tased were terrific!

Marie's tour is exceptional! Her passion for mindful eating and diversity of palate is evident. She exposed us to an array of delicious fruits only available in Bogota and my tastebuds thoroughly enjoy the experience. A must!

What a wonderful experience! Maria hosted an informative, genuine, heartfelt tour that my friends and I will reminisce about for years and recommend to everyone we know. Maria spoke passionately about Colombia and food, and in doing so, really imparted her values on us. It was such a pleasure getting to know her and meeting the vendors she so closely collaborates with (who were equally as wonderful; Carmen, we love you!). Of course we came for the fruit tasting and enjoyed it SO MUCH — YUM! The fruit is dance-in-your-seat delicious! — but this is one of those experiences where you walk away thinking of the people.
