We had booked this tour on line with two main objectives in mind, The finicular to monteserat and The museum of gold. After booking and paying we did not receive any information or any sign or signal from The tour operator itself, that is compared to other tour operators very unprofessional. At The day of The tour the guide was late but fortunatelly The hotel managed to get in contact with The operator. At tour’s start it turned out the museum of gold was closed and they told us we had not booked the finicular but for an extra 100 dollars we could go!😳 to be able to obtain at least ond of our objectives we agreed.
The guide that executed the tour was great and had excellent locale knowledge so that made up for a lot. I would like to suggest to book a tour see the great , beautiful and friendly city of Bogota but not with this tour operator

We apologize for the inconvenience during your tour. However, it is important to make the following clarifications:
1. As you can see in the itinerary of the booked tour (https://www.tripadvisor.com/AttractionProductDetail-g294074-d17553768-6_hour_private_city_tour_of_Bogota-Bogota.html - https://www.viator.com/tours/Bogota/6-hour-private-city-tour-of-Bogota/d4560-138328P11), it does not includes the visit to Monserrate Hill.
2. Within the observations of the tour is the following information: - "The Gold Museum DOES NOT open on Mondays, it is replaced by the visit to another attraction of interest according to availability)" and "Due to the great gastronomic proposal during the tour, we do NOT include food so you can choose the proposal that best suits your tastes and budget ".
3. We also clarify that the additional 100 dollars was not just for going to monserrate hill, those additional 100 dollars included the visit to monserrate and lunch in monserrate for the 6 people.
Finally, we do not contact the customer because we have an option that when you make the booking, it automatically is confirmed to both, the customer and us, however, we will take this recommendation into account.
We hope you enjoyed your trip to Colombia.

Exelente Tour por la candelaria el Sr, William Oviedo conoce muy bien esta ciudad , muy buenas opciones de restaurantes , tiene una camioneta para 11 pasajeros en exelete condiciones, y espero volver para un Tour por el eje cafetero
