Fantastic, on time, patient and great service. They were patient while we got our bags and sorted ourselves out. Gave us an initial tour as we were driving and very pleasant to interact with 👍

We used Yumi twice on our recent trip to Vanuatu. We booked a transfer from airport to our first hotel on arrival through Viator. We then contacted them to arrange a transfer from Moso landing to airport. They were prompt and polite. Prices reasonable. Highly recommend.

Guys were friendly enough but they forgot our booking! We booked and paid at least a month before.

For what it's worth you still paid a relatively cheap price as opposed to what it would have costed to use a taxi.

Def recommend. Was easy and simple which is what you need after a flight. They had a sign with my name on it so it was easy to spot them from arrivals. They called the driver and in a couple of minutes the shuttle was there. The shuttle was comfy and the the staff were polite and happy to share their knowledge of the island with me. It was great.

Got picked up by Wato from the airport, and honestly i'm lost for words. He was nothing but the best. He looked after us the whole week, answered any questions we had and took us to the most beautiful places. I couldn't speak more highly of him and the company Yumi themselves.

Great experience. Easy to book. Despite delayed flight and being second last out of customs Alfred was waiting at the gate with a sign and was kind and courteous throughout the journey. Even took time to tell us all the key places we needed to know. A wonderful welcome to Vanuatu.

We had a rather complex transfer from the airport to a difficult to reach part of Pango but our friendly Yumi driver handled it with ease, and kindly stopped at the supermarket so we could pick up some supplies on the way. Superb service!

As my pick up time from my hotel was 5.00 am, roads exceptionally quiet and was at the Airport in no time, and well before my flight. My driver was very friendly, called me by my name, told me to have a good flight home.

Hi, We are flying in on the 15.9.18 at 11.30 at night. Are you able to pick us up and take us to Warwick Le Lagon resort?? We would also like you to pick us up for our departure on the 21.9.18 and our flight leaves at 7am so would need to be an early pick up and drop at airport. Hi Guys, I suggest that you contact the hotel as I am sure they can suggest & arrange something for you. Much of the transport is privately owned, and they are all very helpful to travelers.
